My overall experience with the service was excellent. I ordered an engagement ring on November 3rd, and within hours, a representative reached out to follow up. Throughout the entire process, I received regular updates from the team. They were very transparent and informed me about a flaw in the casting of the setting that required recasting, which would delay delivery. Despite this setback, I still received the ring on November 26th. It was beautifully packaged and included documentation detailing the value and information about the ring/diamond. As a gesture for the delay, they also included a lab-grown .515 carat diamond bracelet with accompanying papers as a gift! Thank you for the wonderful service!

I was amazed at how well Cameron was able to translate my ideas into renders and with all the quick and patient feedback I got as we designed my ring.We talked through budget, feasibility, and timelines with ample clarity so by the time I was handing over the reins to my now fiancé (nearly 1 year later!), all of our communication had been so well documented and clear that it made for a seamless transition. Purchased an engagement through Clairamor after seeing their socials. Was a bit hesitant about ordering a ring online but I was tired of everyone in stores trying to upsell or persuade me to get a ring that I didnt need. I had an idea in mind and was discouraged about how to design a ring without all the presets that websites have. After speaking on numerous occasions with a clairamor representative. We were able to work alongside each other to meet my thoughts on the designs and details I wanted. When I first glanced at the ring upon arrival, I was amazed. However when my now fiance first glanced it, I knew her expressions told a thousand ways of excitement. Would definitely recommend them to any others. They even offer free re sizing which was definitely needed and used per a local jewelers error.
