CSB Review – Sports Set (Jacket, Top & Shorts)
I purchased a jacket, top and shorts set.
The top arrived already damaged, with loose/pulled threads, which is unacceptable considering the price. Overall, the quality was much lower than expected.
The shorts move while training and don’t stay in place, making them uncomfortable and not suitable for proper workouts.
On top of that, the shipping time was extremely long.
When you add product price + shipping + customs fees, the final cost is absolutely not worth it.
For comparison, I regularly wear DFYNE sets:
I own three, they arrive in about 3 days, the quality is fantastic, and they stay perfectly in place during workouts.
👉 Conclusion: very disappointed. I wouldn’t purchase again. There are much better alternatives at this price point.

I've been buying from CSB since 2021 and it is my go-to activewear brand. As someone who lives in Aus, I have never had any issues with shipping or delivery time, and all of my orders have always been sent out promptly. The quality of the material is great (the form fabric is my favourite). I do sometimes see people question the sizing, which can sometimes be slightly smaller compared to other activewear brands, but once I know my size I'm pretty confident in ordering across the CSB range. I've only had positive experiences with customer service too :)

Exceptional support during a delivery issue

My shipment was misplaced due to courier problems, but when I contacted customer service, a representative named Kayla was incredibly helpful and responded promptly. She handled the situation effortlessly! I'm excited to receive my clothes and eager to shop from the company again, especially since the support team truly values assisting their customers!

Frustrating experience with color exchange

I purchased a shirt and wanted to change the color, but the website does not permit exchanges regardless of my attempts. They want to charge me for the return and then for shipping the new color. I've tried to contact the support team, but there has been no response. I am extremely frustrated and cannot recommend ordering from this service.

I wanted to share a wonderful experience I had recently with the customer service team. I hadn't received the confirmation email I was expecting, which felt a bit odd. I thought I might have made a mistake during the process. To address the issue, I contacted the customer service team, and I was pleasantly surprised when they responded the very next day. Living in Miami, Florida, I found their quick response quite impressive. I spoke with a representative who was incredibly helpful. They assisted me in identifying the error and quickly resolved the issue. Throughout the interaction, the representative was very understanding and supportive, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. I just wanted to convey my appreciation for the outstanding customer service I received from the team.

Thrilled with the customer service

I placed two orders and made a size mistake in one of them. I contacted them to correct my error, and after reading some negative reviews about their customer service, I was worried, but my experience was the opposite! They promptly fixed my mistake and provided exceptional service. The representatives I interacted with were extremely kind, proactive, communicative, and efficient. I had a fantastic experience with them 😊 The clothing is beautiful. I bought three tops, a pair of shorts, and some socks. The quality is amazing and very flattering, highlighting my best features. The blush-toned clothing is slightly see-through with dark underwear, but nude or white is not visible at all. Since I ordered from the US, I didn’t have to pay import tariffs. I’m very happy and already browsing the website to order again!

I received my order, but one of the items was missing. I've tried to reach out to the brand multiple times, but their customer service is so lacking that they have not replied at all to resolve my issue.

I had to escalate to finally get a response

I had to escalate my issue to finally get a response from the customer service team. They initially said I couldn’t get refunded after two attempts at the right size. I normally wear a small, so I tried that size, which was incredibly tight, and I paid to return it to try a medium, which felt the same. The first representative told me I couldn’t get my money back, so I commented on their social media pages and finally got a response from the owner. The sizing is ridiculous.

I will NEVER buy again

While I liked the style of the items I bought, I am extremely unhappy with the service provided by this website. I wanted to change the sizes and saw that there was a 30-minute window to amend an order. It even showed that my amendment went through, yet they refunded me for the size I wanted and sent the sizes I didn’t request. Ultimately, I received the wrong size. A week later, the site asked me to review all items I purchased—including both sizes, including the one I had tried to change. When I reached out to customer service, they took days to respond and told me I should have double-checked the size. I admit it was my fault for not looking at the measurements correctly, but the company is not taking accountability or honoring their own policy. I also asked if I could send the items back to exchange the size, but I was told I couldn’t because they were sale items. However, the website clearly stated that exchanges are not allowed only for items discounted at 40% or more, and mine were only 30% off. Overall, I feel very unsatisfied and will not be purchasing from this site again.
