JJ's House made it easy to choose a mom-of-the-groom gown.I enjoyed the filters on the website which made it easier for me to narrow my search to dresses of my preference. They have a wide range of color choices and an option to try on dresses before purchasing. I ordered three floor-length gowns which were all beautiful, well-made, and looked great on. Of the three, I chose one and will be ordering over the next week, a custom size and in a shade of green.
Myself and 5 bridesmaids attended an appointment at the shop in London. We had a mixture of different sizes to shop for but Sabrina was amazing, constantly running back and forth, answering questions and even bringing us a dress that wasn’t on display which suited every bridesmaid and we bought it. Loved this experience. We did the Try On experience for my daughter for Winter Formal. We had four dresses shipped to us and chose one to keep. It was an easy process - and it had good results! All of the dresses were good quality. She found one she loved. I also like that the dresses were decent length, as most of the dresses we could find around our area or from other online retailers were super short. Good quality dresses, easy process, we will definitely use JJ's again!
I CAN NOT BEGIN TO TELL YOU HOW EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THE CHIFON JUMPER SLATE BLUE SIZE 16W I WORE FOR MY NIECE'S QUINCENERA ON 2/21/26. I HAVE NOT BEEN TO A PARTY IN YEARS AND WAS NERVOUS ABOUT FINDING SOMETHING THAT WOULD COMPLIMENT ME. I SEARCHED HIGH AND LOW FOR AN OUTFIT. I ORDERED 3 OUTFITS FROM SEVERAL PLACES AND WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED THAT IT DID NOT RESEMBLE ANYTHING ON THE PICTURE. IT WAS VERY CHEAP LOOKING AND HAD A FUNNY SMELL TO IT AS WELL. I DO NOT HAVE A CLUE ON HOW I FOUND YOU, JJ HOUSE(I MANIFESTED IT..HEHE). SO MANY OUTFITS SO MANY COLORS TO CHOOSE FROM WITH THE SMALLEST SIZE TO CURVEOUS SIZES(WHICH I LOVE THE MOST) AND ITS VERY TRUE TO SIZE, I MIGHT ADD!! AND GREAT AFFORDABLE PRICES. THEY EVEN LET YOU PRE-TRY THEM BEFORE YOU ACTUALLY BUY IT. I DID NOT HAVE TIME & TOOK A RISK AGAIN, AND WAS VERY HAPPY WITH IT.. THANK YOU JJ HOUSE FOR MAKING A OLE GAL LIKE ME FEEL BEAUTIFUL AGAIN... I WILL CERTAINLY BUY FROM YOU AGAIN.. I GOT LOTS OF COMPLIMENTS ON MY OUTFIT TOO!!:)FAST DELIVERY; I GOT IT SOONER THAN EXPECTED!!
Do not use this company for your wedding!!! I received 6 bridesmaid dresses on 2nd February. I had my fitting on 20th Feb with my Bridemaids. Upon opening the dresses all of them had faults but one had obvious faults. The fabric was totally snagged down the front. I emailed to exchange the one dress. They said they can't return or exchange because it's out of the 14 day window... This is against consumer rights laws which is 30 days for faulty items. The company are very unapologetic. They also have no easily accessible customer service.
