The sales rep we dealt with over two or three weeks decided to go over our heads and email our CEO when we gave him a flat no and said we didn't want their service. That's pretty scummy.Despite our flat no, there was a possibility we might come back to it in the future, but after the sales rep decided to go above our heads like that, there's no possibility we would ever go with this company ever again.

The service was mediocre at best, and the support team was slow to resolve issues. Clerk doesn’t provide pro-rated refunds for annual plans, which is a big downside. I’d recommend skipping this one and choosing a more accommodating option instead.
After a successful sign up using Microsoft SSO, we aren't able to log in for three (3) months. The only replys we get are 'We are working on it' and 'Please sign in and change this and that in your account'. Well, that's exactly the problem: we can't sign in anymore.
