I contacted the company for support, and they suggested several steps before proceeding with the warranty, including purchasing new cards costing over €100. I bought the recommended card, but the camera still had problems. After reaching out again to initiate the warranty process, I’ve been waiting for over a month without any response despite sending multiple emails. Given this experience, I cannot recommend shopping here. The prices might be appealing, but poor support when issues arise is a major drawback.

The delay has reached four weeks, and I still don't know when I will receive my order. I requested a cancellation and refund, but again, no response. Would I recommend this seller? Absolutely not. The uncertainty and lack of service far outweigh any discounts.
