These people are frauds don't believe their promises. Don't buy a car from them. My car after 3000 km the engine failed. For 4 months I have tried to get paid back money they acknowledge they owe me.I had to hire an attorney and file a police report. They are thieves and don't honor their agreements.Beware!!?Esta gente es un fraude, no crean en sus promesas. No les compren un auto. El motor de mi auto falló después de 3000 km. Llevo 4 meses intentando que me devuelvan el dinero, pero reconocen que me deben. Tuve que contratar un abogado y presentar una denuncia policial. Son ladrones y no cumplen sus acuerdos. ¡Cuidado!
Thank You to Daniel Daza Gaviria. From start to finish this guy was fantastic with communication. It may of taken a little longer to get the car from Madrid to Mallorca but the wait was worth it. Car was as described from pictures. I asked if the car had a valid ITV it had a month left so I asked if they could do this and they did before delivery. I’ve never purchased a car online before so I was a little nervous, they sent all emails with every detail and communication was excellent and the car turned up when they said it would. I can highly recommend this company and their professionalism. Again Thank You Daniel.
I had a positive experience with Clicars. They offered the best price for a 2024 Peugeot 208 Allure, better than the other websites and certainly better than buying a car at a local dealer here in Mallorca. The process is very quick and seamless, everything is explained clearly and there are no tricks or traps. I am super happy with the car I bought - it was delivered in an excellent state and exactly as described and photographed. The team is also very responsive and will reply to any email queries quickly. The only thing I would wish to improve is the flexibility of pick-up - you strictly only have 5 days, even if you have fully paid for the car.
I have already posted a recent poor review, because this company offered my an online price for my PX vehicle of 13k. Before even seeing it, but after excellent photos and service history, they dropped to 11k.It seems now, I find other companies will not buy in part exchange because it was imported from France. But I bought it from Clicars Madrid, who made no mention of this, did not identify as a problem and certainly did not reflect in the purchase price.
Be very wary! I had purchased two vans (without issue) and purchased a third. When it arrived there was damage to both wings, the windscreen, the back door lock and various other places on the car. I was not informed of the damage.I asked a local garage for a quotation and this was more than 1600€ to repair. I fully understand this was a second hand van but the extent was never told to me/photos sent - the down side of purchasing a car online.I eve asked for Clic cars to pay half of the repair bill and I would pay the other half but they refused.I had been sent emails stating that I had 1000kms or 15 days trial and if not happy I could return the car. When I asked to do this they said that because I bought in a company name I wasn't entitled to this rule.BE VERY CAREFUL
Very happy to sell you a car and take your money, but when something goes wrong their interest and support suddenly disappear.My car has been in for repair for nearly 2 weeks. The car is done, all they need to do is pay the garage that did the work.
