Wouldn't even give it 1star ,we have brought a van and had nothing but problems this is the 3rd time its been in the garage ,its been sat there for over 2weeks now and they won't pay for it even though we have premium warranty which we didn't even know they had charged us for until we went into store yesterday.
We should of been offered a courtesy car but we haven't, every email we send gets ignored ever phone call they put the phone down .all we are asking for is the repair to be fixed because no car no work .we have filled out the complaints form and now speaking with solicitors

Almost got scammed from their "Madrid" office. On whatsapp the agent demanded we pay cash for the car even before signing any papers saying we would sign them after the car was delivered. We told them no and we'd rather pick up the car at their facility. Then the agent disappeared and never wrote again.They have some type of scam going on. Do not use them as they are running an advance cash scam.
We had a possitive experience with CliCars in Valencia. We’d therefore like to extend our special thanks to Raoul and Lucia, who provided us with excellent support throughout the entire buying process!The only issue is that, when we collected the car, we discovered scratches on the door sill that were not mentioned in the vehicle’s records. Raoul suggested we report this damage to customer services for compensation or repair. The following day, we received a rejection on the grounds that the damage was normal for a used car. We are also unhappy that two different types of tyres are fitted to this car and that, whilst the tread depth stated in the report is correct on average, it is significantly less on the sides.
We purchased a Fiat 500 Hibrid from Clicars Alicante, they purchased our 10 year old Fiat Panda. Our salesman was Daniel Daza, he spoke in English as my husband doesn't spk Spanish. We were apprehensive about paying for the car before actually physically seeing it, hence all my questions to Daniel. Daniel was patient with me, assured me it had all the checks, explained everything. We came to collect our car less than 2 weeks ago, we were very happy with the appearance and cleanliness of it. Kenzo went through all the important things in the car, explained everything. All paperwork would arrive at home in approx 2 weeks, plus a second key. Today, less than 2 weeks we have our documents and key.I would like to mention the car comes with a legal 1 year warranty without purchasing Clicars up to 3 yrs extra warranty. We did purchase 1 year extra warranty for 450 euros, as a security measure.I would definitely recommend ClicarsAlicante. We are very happy with our car
No compras un coche de aquí‼️recibimos el coche con muchísimas marcas y danos que en el certificado y después de mandar fotos por sus empleado y pusieron a nosotros también a mandar fotos y después me dicen que no hacen nada 👎 El coche está dañado y a ellos no le importa.Vamos a devolver el coche.DONT BUY FROM THEM they promise a lot.The sales guys were the only good ones that helped us the rest everything is a disgrace very unprofessional we had to chase them even after paying our car in full they did not give a shit at all we received our car after 2 weeks and in top of that the car was way different than in the photos and description it had 11 damages in the outside and inside even so inside they said excellent condition it had 3 big scratches and on the outside it had a big hit in the door that would cost a lot to get it repaired after sending them details when picking the car up their own employee sent them all the evidence my husband had to chase them after a week to see what they will do, the lady asked him to send new photos and explanation ourself and after all this they came back saying that they won’t do anything. This is ridiculous please people do not buy cars from this company ❌❌❌❌or at least do not pick it up with extra damages 👌🏼we are very dissatisfied with their service us disgusting.👎
