Rude word being used as my "name" by the companyI have bought a car but on the contract and other documents the team consistently gets my name wrong, and what makes it worse, it means a rude word in Spanish. I have replied to 5 emails asking them to correct my name and I also called twice. What is worse is that they have sent the Justification Provisional with the inappropriate word marked as my "name" and what I do not want is a rude word being marked in official ownership documents forever. Please Clicars correct this before it is too late and apologise for this reoccurring mistake, as it is quite stressful for me. My initials are RH and the Wolkswagen Polo 2018 (license plate ending in KKH) black, delivery was 21.7.21 to Barcelona at 16:00.Edit: thank you for your response below. I have since received 27 documents that request a signature with the rude word written as my name. If you could stop sending them, that would be great. I prefer not to receive daily reminders how close my name is to an obscene word. I am feeling insulted enough after the first week.Edit 13.Sept 2021: I have now received this document 50 times. Once per day. Are you actually joking?? I have complained multiple times to multiple people and emails.
A fantastic service. I bought my car online as live on the coast in Andalucía. The service was absolutely excellent, all the staff were helpful, particularly as my Spanish is not brilliant. I purchased and paid for the car Friday and it was delivered on the Tuesday, exactly as described. The delivery driver was lovely and spent an hour with me going through all the details. He must have stopped just before delivery as the car was immaculate with no evidence of the journey from Madrid. He was also very punctual, arriving at the exact time specified. Well done clicars!!
