ABSOLUTELY APPALLING!!!!!First they charged us 390€ for deposit and then said it was for preparing the car which they kept!. Couldn’t deliver the car because there was a fault and only told us 2 hours before the car was supposed to be delivered!. Left my partner without a car for nearly 2 weeks. Second delivery failed because the 1 driver they have had personal problem. Tried to deliver the car the 3rd time after 3 weeks and the finance hadn’t been cleared and took the car away again!!. Can’t get hold of anyone!. Salesman has fed us lies from day 1 when he finally got back to us!! The mental frustrations and anxiety this has caused has been horrific!! DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM CLICAR!!
Pre sale was very good and efficient because your Adrian of sales spoke English! After sale was less efficient because nobody informed me about delay in receiving new car documents!I waited 9 days, 3 delivery dates were promised but no body came to my house and nobody informed me.I think that Clicars sells also lots of cars to foreign residents and communication is good for all parties!
Disgusting service. All is good when purchasing a car and then the lies start. Was not told about additional fees Car breaks down after 2 months Promised courtesy car and lied to each day waiting for a call. Monday told the call will be tomorrow, Tuesday told the call will be tomorrow. Wednesday told the call will be later in the morning still no call and I have been waiting at the rental car for hours. I told them my situation and they say what we want to hear but it’s all lies This company should not get away with the lies
WRONG Information about a car and NO no Refund of 390 Euro we paid as a kind of Reservation and documentation fee We wanted to buy an Peugeot e 2008 and believed Clicars we talked to CARLOS CALLEJA LOPEZ and FELIX MOLINA GARCIA in Madrid, that the warranty for this Electric car they published in the offer is correctly and granted!!!THIS is definitely a wrong statement in the online offer!! The warranty of the battery of 8 years respectively 160.000 km is only valid if all necessary Inspections have been done.. In all your calls and emails , when we try to get an definite statement from clicars if the car has all necessary inspections done, we got no clear answer. One of the answers was “Even when there are no documented services in the maintenance book, they will documented under the chassis number. We followed that with Peugeot Germany and under the chassis number they found no inspections done in the system. Hence they strongly recommend us to take a distance from the car in order to avoid future problems in case the battery state will fall under 70% in the next years .Without or with delayed service inspections the battery warranty is not valid!!!! When we gave this information to Clicars the answer was, that this would be only Germany law and that in Spain the warranty is property of the car???? The biggest Peugeot dealer on Malllorca we asked for his opinion also told us :no done inspections, no battery warranty.So we could not take the risk to buy that car and as a consequence to this fact we want to get the 390€ back to our Account.Until now clicars is not willing to pay us the Money back still Not believing and ignoring all facts.Mistakes can Happen but as a big dealer clicars should treat his Customer Homers and fair.So we still want our Money back!!!ThanksBenno and Ina JinkertzClicars contacted us and solved the Problem so that we get our momey back.
I ordered a Citroen C3 Aircross (9905LFN) and Carlos Calleja Lopez told me the car could be delivered within 48 hours, as I was in a hurry. His English was perfect and he was very friendly in our first conversation. I paid the 390 euro's to get the process started.The second conversation he asked me if I wanted to buy an extra guarantee. I had to say NO 3 times before he accepted my "no" and then all of a sudden his perfect English was gone and he started talking Spanish to me. He then said I had to pay the full amount BEFORE signing the contract. I wanted to first sign a contract and then pay and after that, they can deliver the car. Then I received an email that the car would be delivered weeks later than he promised me AND he wrote my address wrong with no house number. I wrote an email to Carlos and to the clientes email account. They never replied. They pretend to take care of you but you get radio silence. And now I get an automatic email that my car is back for sale for others to buy.This is a total scam company. Clicars: I want my money back, you don't keep your promises and simply trash me. If my money is not returned, I will put my lawyer on the case, as I will NOT put up with this.
