This was my first time buying a car online, and I wasn’t sure what to expect — but everything with Clicars was clear and transparent from the start. All the details of the car matched exactly what was shown on their website.My contact person was Iván Rivas Martín in Alicante, and I can’t thank him enough. He was incredibly helpful — every question I had, he answered immediately with professionalism and clarity. He gave me full confidence in the process, and thanks to him, I had no doubts left in my mind.I ended up buying my Jaguar, and I’m absolutely thrilled with it — the car is in perfect condition.Thank you Clicars.com, and a special thanks to Iván for his outstanding support!
I would not even give 1 if it was possible!!!! 24000€+ was paid to them and received by their bank on 13th March (as confirmed by my bank), and today (21st March) I still have NO CAR!!!! I do not know what this company is doing. I received an email on the 18th saying funds had been received. On 20th they say the funds have not arrived! Scam???In response to Clicars review below. My name is Angela Skinner, and your company will have numerous recorded telephone calls from me!!! 11th March I reserved and paid deposit for a Peugeot 3008 GT. On the 12th march I transferred the funds for the balance and uploaded the confirmation. On 18th March I received a confirmation funds had been received (after chasing for information for days!) - I HAVE THE EMAIL!! Then on 20th when I went to Alicante, I was told that the funds were NOT in the system and I couldn't have the car!!! My bank confirmed Clicars bank had received the funds on the 13th March!!!! I have now claimed the money back through my bank, but what has been returned is almost 800Euro less than I transferred in the 1st place!!!! I am totally disgusted.
From day 1 there has been confusion and miscommunication with this company. Having valued my car then taking a week longer to deliver the new car, they reduced my valuation by over €5000 saying that my previous car had too much rust on the underside. Deciding not to pay the extra, I chose a different car which when I went to insure it, my company said that it wasn't a Spanish car so wouldn't insure it. I have emailed and called multiple times and am being completely ignored. I have a feeling that I'm going to have to get my lawyer involved to get my money back. Overall very bad service
Bought my car last month July 2024 everything went well upto the point when I collected the car..... The car hadn't been cleaned and on the journey home a fault appeared on the dashboard, this is what the €390 is for (cleaning and delivery). So the car wasn't cleaned or checked properly which clicar are so proud of......I immediately returned to Clicars and an engineer cancelled the fault, a week later it appeared again..... i sent emails and was called by Clicars... i pointed out my experience and there was no owners manual and only one key. Clicars promised me an owners manual and a €100 fuel voucher and made an appointment on the 19th August at my local garage, when I arrived it was closed for all of August ..... I complained again and there want me to take it to a garage I trust but with no mention about who will pay..... I haven't received the manual or fuel voucher, you are upto date with my experience...DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They are brilliant at taking you money but that's where it ends
They sold me a car that had not been checked and when I wanted to return it, after having an external dealer examine it, they refused as the car had not been at the mechanic throughout the period...and this is after confirming they'd extend the warranty until that check had taken place and I had comunicated the exact date.I asked several time to speack to someone senior, or someone call me but no chance of that.Do not use!Also, they are very timely to respond on here but are in fact not returning my emails, not updating my case and generally as useless and unprofessional as they have been since after collecting the money.Beware, do not use them
