Ordering on your website was a disaster - page would not advance for check out - called customer service and got an annoying recording saying “be patient a representative will be with you shortly” over and over again - I hung up after about 10 minutes- and left the site- only completed the order when I received an email later that day saying I left items in my cart
The color ink cartridge was not empty, but it is not printing colored pages. The customer service informed me through a phone call to send a picture of the ink cartridge and I should get a response at least 48 hours after. I have not received any response at all. I have been sending multiple emails about it already. They are unresponsive.
Ink cartridge (colored) initial "test print" looked good but subsequent tries failed and printer won't even print. Put the old cartridge back in and at least it printed black and white. Troubleshootlng offered by Clickinks personnel didn't fix the problem. Purchased a replacement locally and and print is fine. The Clickinks cartridge is in "storage".
