Order did not get processed for over a…

Order did not get processed for over a week, called and spoke with Customer service 4 times with no help. was told the order was being processed and woukd be taken care of. No one contacted me on either delay or why it was not processed. called yesterday and cancelled order and was notified today the order was shipped. Not happy with this company anymore, found a better company and prices for exact same items and was shipped to me in 2 days. Thanks for nothing!!!

Ordering was very easy. Price was great! However, when my package was received, it was not accurate. A phone call to the customer service, and they took care of the problem immediately. The remainder of my order was on its way in minutes. I was impressed with customer service.
