Received defective cyan toner when I tried to use it (few months after ordering it) as it left blue spots on my papers. I emailed complaint and never heard from your CS. Since, I am now ordering from Ink Tech.You lost a customer over a $35 toner.
I placed an order on1/14/2024. I was not sent any order confirmation and my order did not appear in my account. I therefore assumed that order did not go through, so I then placed my order with a different vendor. On 1/18/2024, the ClickInks order was delivered. I immediately (on 1/18/2024) requested return authorization, including a photo of the unopened box, was told you had to get this from your third-party vendor. Since then I have received no correspondence or authorization.
