The receipt was supposed to be sent to my email but I did not get it. Luckily I wrote the order number and was able to inquire about it in the contact us page and got an email that it was just shipped. That is why I did not give 5 stars this time.Other than that, ClickInks is very good.

I received the cartridges in a timely manner, however we had to replace our printer and have been trying to return unused cartridges that don't fit new printer. We have requested a RMA by phone and email to return cartridges but have not had a response to our request.
