I've placed several orders over the years without any issues. I placed my most recent order during a recent buy 2 get 1 free promotion. I ordered 2 cartridges each of the three non-black colors expecting the 3rd free cartridge would be added to my order. I chose the "3FOR2" coupon code. I received my order today and got 6 cartridges. If I had done that and got charged for all 3 then I’d be looking to get that order revised.
