The application is very intuitive. It has many interesting options that Zoom does not have. It combines excellent functionality of webinars and online meetings. Helpdesk is fast and responsive. You can talk to a person and not just a bot, which is a luxury today. I am very satisfied and recommend! I see two disadvantages: it has a problem with uploading presentations generated in CANVA and presentations uploaded from Power Point do not have working animations. There is also a conversion of quality to worse, which is difficult for graphics with a large number of elements.
I found this very cumbersome to use, and not very intuitive. After uploading my presentation that took me hours to create, the program altered my text font and layout. I could not use the presentation, making the entire platform useless to me.
Never buy from them. They make it so difficult to cancel and even after 5 calls and 2.5 hours on the phone they still took money out of my account for renewal and then never answer emails. Pay for my time for the 17 emails since October which you only gave generic replies to and the 45 minute call I made to you to cancel my account in October? I've used clickmeeting for many years now and it is perfect for my needs. I run dozens of training classes and webinars as well supervision sessions for therapists, and the flexibilty and automation makes life SO easy!
