Great webinar service, no software to download, easy, brandable and mobile too! Being the host for thousands of webinar attendees (clients & prospective partners), I feel confident using Clickwebinar. Would give 5 stars if people could attend on IOs(Apple phones & Ipads).

Great software, we have not run into any technical issues during our webinars/meetings which is great! I like that you can customize the way the webinar looks - but it would be nice if you could save these settings as opposed to having to customize each new webinar.
SCAM COMPANY. I tried clickmeeting for a few days, thinking it would be the perfect solution for giving my webinar. I was very wrong. The image quality was horrible. And when I mean horrible I'm not joking. I tested a lot of other webinar software, but clickmeeting was really the worst and their software is working, wait... with flash player. Yes they use flash player in 2018. I bought the plan with "HD quality". After testing the software for 2 hours, as I asked for a refund: they said me they never make any refund, and so I had to loose 50 bucks for testing their bad software. Thanks clickmeeting, they are really a scam company. I paid for HD quality, it was definitely no HD, and they said me something that you can find nowhere on there website and definitely no when buying: their HD option is 640x480p, also 480p.That is NO HD. Expensive scam company selling bad product, lying to their customers and stealing your money. There is a lot of better webinar software out there, with better quality, honest support and lower price. Don't loose your time and money with clickmeeting.
The pricing isn't hugely transparent, its gets a lot more exspensive quick with extras.The software runs on flash, it's quite annoying when 50% fall out of your users because they couldn't run the software, browsers nowadays don't like flash. For the most part a video steam + a chat would more than suffice.The system is easy to use and does "work" so it would be unfair to give 1 star.I only needed a single webinar doing (for now) it's very frustrating that1) you loose your remaining paid for days - with no refund also. Im not going to use it, but it give you some idea about their interests.2) they delete everything, unless you pause. This isnt going to make anyone go back if you force there hand.Unfortunately, in this space there isnt any lowcost and good supplier.I personally wouldnt recommend clickmeeting unless you have little cash and would be happy with a substandard service
This service is just ok, There are some useful features but the lack of a consistent service is not good. The system is quite glitchy, A huge amount of audio lag(usually between 3-6 seconds) makes sessions very difficult. The service isn't anywhere as good as it could be. With a 200mb connection you would expect crisp clean audio and an instant connection, but it just doesn't happen.The control panel is very limited and trying to find anything during a session is frustrating.
A bad product and dishonest service. STEER CLEAR. The free 30 day trial advertised is not free. I signed up for the product, tried it - it was hopeless and embarrassingly bad - tried to cancel two days later and they charged me £360 and refused a refund. APPALLING AND DISHONEST.
