I have only just started using it and I have found Clickmeeting to be easy to use and navigate. I have been able to put our branding on the email invitations and the web room. I have also contacted the helpdesk twice and have found them to be very patient and helpful.
We evaluated all the popular webinar platforms before selecting ClickMeeting. We love the customization features of the registration page and the ability to play videos and chat with participants. And their customer service is awesome. Very prompt, friendly and knowledgeable.
Clickmeeting allowed me to achieve 0 to 100kms in a wink, regarding moving my training and marketing initiatives from brick and mortar, to virtual! I had no knowledge or preparation on how to do that. Other colleagues were already delivering training and presentations via virtual platforms, and I wasn't. I started researching the obvious, zoom, citrix and they were super expensive; particularly because I needed the webinar format (1 speak and I control de audience, they only see me), not the meeting (everybody talks and everybody can see each other, because I needed the webinar. Clickmeeting allowed me to do just that, for an excellent price, and maybe even more features than most expensive platforms. I just love Clickmeeting and I am already recommending it to friends and colleagues.
I am a small woman-owned business owner who now has transitioned into hosting webinars. I've done extensive research on what platform to use for hosting my webinars. By far and on each research of ClickMeeting-it has come up in at least all searches of the top 5 to top 10 platforms to use. It's very simple and affordable. I especially love the reports it generates after each webinar is over.
ClickMeeting is right priced and right sized. Has all the basic features needed to run multiple webinars. Especially like the newest features, the ability to send automatically send out replay after the live event concludes. Support team chat is always helpful when i get stuck too.
Up until last April I was very happy with ClickMeeting, but since that time I have had nothing but problems with attendees not being able to connect to the webinar and with constant audio issues. Within the past month, I have changed to a different provider for webinar services.
Low quality product (deserves 3 stars at most) but unacceptable conduct by the company. Made a mistake and loaded funds on the wrong account. Called support and they refused to give me a refund, only allowing me to move funds from one account to another. Never happened to me, almost a scam.
