Before purchasing NEXUS 5 I contacted customer service about technical questions regarding how the synth would perform within my DAW and version of computer. I got a comprehensive, polite response in under 12 hours. Very pleased. I promptly purchased the synth as well as one of the EDM expansion packs. Highest quality, smart, and sleek synth with some iconic presets I have heard distinctly in many popular edm tracks. No clue why people are dissatisfied with reFX.

I bought nexus 5 for £253 i installed it played around with it then 2 days later my account was blocked 🚫 the customer service team said I broke the terms and agreement they gave me no reason I asked for my money back and then said because of our terms of agreements we can not 100% SCAM
I recently purchase one of the packages they sale, but I couldn’t used because I was needing to purchase the actual plugins ( Nexus) no where else was saying you should first buy the plugin to use the packaged. I contact the company to request my refund. The company who is charge of the payments is reFX said in the policy they can only refund the 90% of the purchased. They said is specify, my point is when you going to buy not where else said or display in your basket that they will only refund the 90%. Im completely sure most people won’t even try to buy any kind of plugin if after you don’t like and want the full amount of the purchased. Everywhere you have free trial period. By the law you have 14 days to cancel and order and get your refund.I highly not recommend to buy any plugin by this website. Shame of this kind of policy you should display on the basket so everywhere is aware. I open by PayPal a complaint there was not any kind of help and nothing to agree by this company. I cancel the complaint because they couldn’t issue my refund while I have open the complaint in PayPal . But I told Adam who been dealing with my refund request I will write as a consumer my review here so everyone is aware of this shame policy for the consumer. Shame of you.
I honestly bought a Nexus, libraries for it, and I was just blocked because of my nationality (without being able to refund the money). If this isn't scam, so give me a definition,damn.. hehe ;dd I sympathize with everyone who was affected by this problem, 90% of all my projects were simply disrupted. Using the Nexus is too dangerous because these guys hate common sense, where are the guarantees that in the future they won't ban those who like to eat meat and dont want to be a vegetarian?
I had an issue with missing sounds. Turned out it was user error (me)! I had not downloaded all the factory presets. Adam from support was very helpful and patient. I think we exchanged over 16 messages to resolve the problem. For me the product is what I was looking for. I give it 5 stars
The software is not worth the price. the sound are horrible and low quality. Dont waste your money dont buy nexus this. Is really not worth 1 cent. There are betters software like native kontakt and omnisphere... worst client support. Stay far
I am a citizen of Ukraine. Before the war started, I bought a license with a Russian card because I was working in Russia. After the war began, I left Russia permanently. This company blocked my license, and it's impossible to contact support or reach them in any way. I consider this company to be fraudulent! I will never buy anything from them again, and I have lost my money!
