This service is a dropshipping scam. I ordered three pairs of shoes at once. After receiving the order confirmation, it took a week to ship, and almost a month to arrive, during which I couldn't track it because the status only indicated it was at 'a packaging facility in the United States'. Customer support also had no idea about its location and just repeated the same unhelpful tracking info. When one pair finally arrived, it was the wrong size, and upon reviewing my initial order confirmation, I found a second order (edited and sent after the first) with a completely different size. The remaining order arrived a few days later. When I contacted customer support about the sizing issue, they stated they would send a replacement (tracking info was emailed on Dec 8, but it still hasn't arrived as of Dec 26) and referred to it as a courtesy, highlighting their one-time replacement policy. Additionally, the initial order included a $30 subscription fee, which misleadingly appeared as a free 'money back guarantee', effectively charging me extra without disclosure. The overall product quality is poor, which I expected given the price point, but the awful customer service, lack of transparency, and lengthy wait time guarantee that I won't shop here again.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel compelled to share that this service is a complete scam, dropshipping poor quality items straight from overseas, which is why it takes so long to arrive. They always have items on 'sale', making returns or refunds impossible due to their policies. They charged me twice for a '30-day money back guarantee' that I didn’t even know about, and I supposedly signed up for it with my order, which is impossible since my order was in late July, and I received a rewards welcome email on October 2nd, well after placing my order. Avoid this scam.
Terrible quality! They run extremely small and narrow. The upper material isn't suede; it's a flimsy, paper-thin material that offers no flexibility. The soles are also dangerously slick. Additionally, the shipping took forever! There should be an option to rate below zero because I would certainly choose that. Overall, a massive waste of money!
I’m warning you – don’t even consider trying this brand. It’s a complete scam. I placed an order a month and a half ago and still haven’t received anything. To make matters worse, they charged my card again for a subscription I never agreed to. They retained my payment information and took more money without my consent. I’ve sent numerous emails, and all I receive in response is a generic automated reply. No real support, no refund, nothing. It feels like they are mocking me. Please, I urge you – avoid this service. Don’t fall for this trap like I did. They take your money and vanish. I genuinely hope this company faces consequences for their actions. Stay away at all costs.
This so-called service is a disaster. I placed an order without checking reviews first (my mistake). I immediately emailed support requesting cancellation. They confirmed it was canceled and assured me I would receive my refund shortly. However, 15 days later, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company, only to find out they charged my card again! Apparently, I unknowingly signed up for a subscription... which I do not recall agreeing to (beware of a small ticked box). Another dispute was filed to block this service. I will definitely be more cautious in the future.
Trust me, other brands would be more comfortable than these, and the customer service is atrocious. I have been trying to get a refund for about two months, and they still haven’t processed it. They sent me another pair of shoes that are extremely uncomfortable. Don’t do this to yourself. Avoid this service.
Do not order from this service - it's a total scam. I ordered two pairs of clogs for a holiday gift on November 30th, and as of January 6th, I still have nothing. The tracking number says they are in transit. When they finally arrived, they were not 'suede' as described but a cardboard-like material and two inches shorter than the size I ordered. Customer service stated they were not accepting returns at this time. I received two pairs of clogs that wouldn’t even be sold at a dollar store for $70. Total ripoff... but I will ensure they receive plenty of negative publicity for this experience!
