Superlady Star doesnot do refunds!! They will email and email and email about an exchange. Happy to exchange as long as you pay them $30USD for the exchange items. I purchased a pair of sandals and they were fine, But when I purchased their boots I found my high arch made them too tight to wear. After many many emails telling me to pay up and get an exchange I demanded a refund and sent the boots back to them. As per the address provided by them. This morning those same shoes were on my doorstep!
After I paid for return postage to Hong Kong. There were the boots. Everything is in Chinese - I dont know why they were not delivered. Never again. I wonder if these shoes are made in China in sweat shops. Their customer service shows no humanity.
I received my vibrant walking boots yesterday (they have a name but that's what I call them!) and my gorgeous embossed turquoise boots today, absolutely breathtaking! The quality is superb, even the stitching on the rainbow boot is colorful! I now have four pairs, and they're incredibly comfortable, which is essential for me as I have a disability, but I adore standing out with a splash of color. I also got the elephant necklace, Libra bracelet, and some earrings. You can easily pay over £50 for just "fashionable" PU boots, but these are genuine leather. Thank you to the seller. One very happy customer. 🥰
I own around 8 pairs of these shoes and I adore them! I constantly receive compliments and inquiries about where I got them. There was once an issue with the wrong size, but the support team was incredibly helpful in resolving it. The colors are vibrant, cheerful, and lovely. Go for these shoes; you won't regret it!
My order faced a delay because of an address labeling mistake. The estimated delivery date was 11/3, but the postmaster returned it to the sender, which prolonged the redelivery process. I ended up waiting almost 2 months for 2 pairs of shoes. The actual delivery was on 11/25, which was disappointing since I wanted to wear them for my Thanksgiving vacation. However, when I got back home, I was relieved to find they had arrived. They fit great, are comfortable, and look glamorous, just like the first pair I ordered 6 months ago. "What you see is what you get," which is why I choose to buy from this seller! Their handmade shoes feature beautifully unique designs that truly reflect individual personalities. I appreciate all the assistance from the support team in resolving my delivery issue for my order. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase and the products. Thank you.
I wish I could give 0 stars for my experience with Superladystar. I ordered a pair of shoes, and when they arrived, I was shocked by their poor quality. The shoes were made of cheap synthetic materials — definitely not genuine leather as advertised on their website. The sizing was completely off (about 1.5 sizes smaller than a standard EU 38 / US 7), and they had a strong, unpleasant chemical smell that forced me to keep them in the basement until I could return them.I immediately contacted customer service to request a return and full refund. Instead of providing the return address, they refused to cooperate, offering me useless vouchers or a partial refund of only about 30% of what I paid. I clearly stated that I wanted to return the shoes and get a full refund, but they kept sending manipulative messages, trying to convince me to keep the shoes and even suggesting that I “sell them to someone else.” (I would never do that — they are not wearable and I’m not the one trying to scam people.)After two weeks of back-and-forth and wasted time, they finally gave me the return address. I paid 16 EUR (~18 USD) to ship them back to China — far less than the 45 USD they falsely claimed it would cost. As of now, I still haven’t received my refund, so my total loss is over 80 EUR (~93 USD), including return costs.Unless they issue a full refund, this will remain one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.Be very careful before ordering from Superladystar. Many of their positive reviews appear fake, and I wish I had done my research and read more genuine reviews before placing my order.
The boots are stunning. Beautifully made, the colours are vibrant and are excellent quality for the price. I would honestly expect to pay 3-4 times this price for this quality. I will say I don’t find them to be as soft-soled or as comfy as I’d love, but an insole helps with that a lot. They also fit quite generously. I was torn between a 5 and a 6, and I went with size 5. I’m very glad I did, as I’d say they fit more like a 6, even a 6.5. But with an insole and thicker socks, they feel pretty good. The exterior leather and fabric is soft and supple, nothing rubs, and they’re really beautiful. I wouldn’t be able to get through a full day of shopping in them, for example, but for an evening out or a work day, they’re just great.
