Everything was broken down to me and explained to me via the admin team. Trustworthy and excellent customer service as usual. Car was collected and delivered on time - I was given a run down of works completed and information sent electronically. I was pleased that it was the same driver as last year and despite feeling unwell, I could clearly see that he was struggling, he was still friendly, polite and kept going even after returning my car.
Very polite and professional put my car in for a service at 8:30am was told it will take a few hours. Got a phone call just before 12 to say car was done received an email off a video for a report of the car service great communications when I got car back was cleaned inside and out Would highly recommend
