I bought my phone oppo A3x at the end of last year and I can say it's the best affordable phone I could have right now. I wasn't disappointed at all.It has served me right.Quality camera, enough storage, its battery is strong it doesn't drain and more advanced features. Not forgetting the 2 year warrant. I would have rated it a 5 star but I prefer 4 star since I'm still experiencing the phone.
Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest I can leave, but - 0 stars - absolutely awful service. I have been an iPhone user for many years, but when my trusty SE died last year I opted for the Oppo N3 flip - bit of 90's nostalgia. I was actually very impressed with the phone, worked great. However, the inner screen went black suddenly, I thought OK, it's less than a year old, let's get it fixed under warranty....NO. The staff in the Siem Reap (Cambodia) service centre were in no way going to fix this under warranty, they used a variety of excuses. Initially external case damage, then when I showed the outer screen functioning & said I had been sweating when I taking a call, they decided it was water damage. I asked to speak to the manager & was informed the person I was speaking with was the store manager, but has zero decision making power....seriously WTF. I insisted on speaking to someone else & a call was made to Phnom Penh, I then spoke to a woman, who would not listen to me & insisted that I MUST understand their policy, when I asked her if she had decision making authority, she said NO, again WTF. I requested to speak to her manager & was told he is on leave for 2 weeks and no-one can help. In frustration - and over an hour of my time, I agreed to pay for the repair, $200 - but was told it would be a month before the part is available. Truly awful service, these staff see customers as an inconvenience & have no problem solving skills. The end result, I am very pleased with my new iPhone.
After 22 years in the Apple ecosystem, switching platforms was not an easy decision. I’ve lived through multiple generations of iPhones, iOS updates, and Apple’s design philosophy.
But today, after using the Oppo Find X9 Pro, I can confidently say: this is not just a phone — it’s a statement.
From the very first interaction, the device feels premium, fluid, and thoughtfully engineered. The display is stunningly sharp and vibrant, the performance is lightning-fast, and the user experience is refreshingly smooth. Everything feels intuitive, modern, and powerful.
What truly impressed me is how Android has evolved, and how OPPO has refined it into a polished, professional experience that rivals — and in many areas exceeds — what I was used to for decades. The camera system, battery optimization, charging speed, and customization options are on another level.
This phone didn’t just make me try Android — it convinced me to switch.
Credit where it’s due: the Oppo Find X9 Pro represents the future of smartphones. Innovative, elegant, and confidently ahead of the curve.
Well done, OPPO.
This is what true flagship technology feels like. 🚀📱
The premium service that promises a free phone cover and screen guard every three months feels like a scam. Every time I visited the store or reached out for assistance, the response was that they were out of stock. It's baffling how they can consistently be out of stock. Either the company isn't supplying them properly, or the store is misleading both the company and customers for their own gain. I urge the company to investigate this situation and take action regarding the store.
I've experienced the Oppo Find N, Find N3, and Find X9. I regret switching to another brand instead of sticking with Oppo. That was a mistake; Oppo truly stands out as the superior choice, and I won’t make that error again. The phones are exceptional, robust, and have impressive battery life, along with a fantastic operating system. The camera quality is top-notch, rivaling other premium brands. In terms of performance, it surpasses Samsung without question. Anyone who disagrees is not being truthful. Its only rivals are Honor and perhaps the iPhone, provided they start incorporating better battery capacities. Oppo consistently prioritizes larger batteries because they genuinely care about their users. I also recently got the Ecno Earbuds3, which are the first pair in years that fit comfortably in my ears. This only reinforces my loyalty to Oppo. Thank you, Oppo. I’m a customer for life.
I'm writing on behalf of a user who was once enthusiastic about this brand. I bought a specific model, but it no longer supports essential apps like banking. I was told to visit a service center for an upgrade, which they later retracted, stating they would no longer support that model. I'm disappointed and hesitant to purchase another model from them.
I've had these earbuds for quite some time, and tonight was definitely not the right moment to deal with complicated issues. It took a long time to navigate through unusual steps just to find the Bluetooth cache. Why has it become so challenging?
I contacted support to confirm the availability of a specific phone model, and the representative assured me it was in stock with next-day delivery if ordered before 3pm. After two days with my order still marked as 'pending', I struggled to reach customer support, making multiple calls and online attempts. When I finally got through, the agent was dismissive and informed me the phone was out of stock, with a wait of three weeks. This was unacceptable given their website stated it was in stock. I'm very disappointed with the service and have decided to move on from this brand.
I've owned four phones from this brand, but this will be my last. While I love the phones, the dreadful customer service and lack of communication have made me decide against future purchases. It's nearly impossible to reach them; emails go unanswered for weeks, phone numbers lead nowhere, and live chats provide no real assistance.
