The driver we had who took us to Cardiff, was rude, shouted at one of the passengers due to her calling the location a train station not railway station. Also advised where we requested pick up from was not helpful for him (even though they have a taxi waiting bay) he doesnt want to get a ticket so we best hurry up. We felt like we were a pain to him and that he would rather not be driving us. The driver on the way back (Harvey) was really friendly, we felt very comfortable with him and kept us up to date with his ETA, and also when we hit traffic he advised of the ETA back to Basingstoke. Big shout out to Harvey you changed our view on the whole situation, as the first driver we had, we were clearly a hindrance. If we did not have Harvey as one of our drivers this review would have been completely different.
