I would NEVER suggest this service to anyone. The representative was extremely rude and abrupt. There was a complete lack of care regarding situations beyond my control. If I could give a lower rating, I would, but I will not recommend them to anyone.
I faced a $65 charge unexpectedly at 2 a.m. after renting a car for three weeks. When confirming a late drop-off, I was told for the first time that the company doesn't accept returns at night and had to park elsewhere, incurring extra costs. This was not communicated beforehand, making a stressful situation even worse. I won’t be using this service again and caution others about these hidden fees.
I made an inquiry for a car and was accepted. However, when it was time to pay, I found my profile blocked. After a call promising to resolve it, I received an email stating my subscription was canceled without any prior communication. I fixed the issue quickly but was met with a lack of respect. This is the third time I've encountered rudeness from car subscription services, and it's disappointing. I've since found a much better option elsewhere.
We rented a vehicle for a three-week road trip from one city to another and were thoroughly impressed with the service. There were no holding deposits required, and they provided convenient airport pickup and drop-off. We will definitely use them again—10 out of 10, highly recommend!
