DO NOT USE. I have an item to return but the option to login to your account has been removed you can only register a new account. I click on the links from my order email none of those work either, I clicked on the customer service link to start a refund takes you to the Frasers website and that doesn’t work either! No customer service to ask all that seems to have disappeared. I am now unable to return my item. If someone from a Coggles happen to reply , leaving me a message on my account is pointless as existing accounts cannot be accessed on your website 22/09/25 claim to have responded, but see below no text in the response, I notice this on other reviews as well. maybe its time for the trading standards?
I am unable to return an item. No one helps me. No agents to speak to or email. Unable to create return.How CAN CUSTOMER SERVICE REPLY WITH A Dot??????Please I request you provide me with help and a proper response or I will be forced to take this into legal matters.
Don't Buy. I purchased a gift for my husband which wasn't suitable. I returned the item paying £4.99 and proof of this. 4 times I have contacted coogles customer service and no response or refund. £79.00 is a lot of money which I'm still waiting on nearly 2 months later.
Placed my order and it was delivered the next day. Great! That was over 3 weeks ago and my account is still not showing the order and therefore I can’t organise a return for a refund. I have 3 pairs of shoes/ trainers that don’t fit, that I now can’t return! I’ve also seen a reviews online saying they either report the return as lost or don’t process the refund in a timely way. It’s very frustrating. I’ve tried emailing, contacting on instagram, contacting the parent company. I cannot get a single response to the issue and it’s wasting a huge amount of my time and I imagine money!
Avoid this website.I placed an order and initially received two emails stating that the payment had failed. After adding more funds to my card, I tried again, and the purchase finally went through. However, the next day I noticed an additional charge and another failed attempt due to insufficient funds. As a result, I was charged twice and sent two identical orders. Since I am not located in the UK, arranging a return is not possible. This experience has been very frustrating, and I hope the company improves their payment system and customer support for international customers.
They sent me a broken item. I have not been able to return it because their website doesn't accept the order number etc. And despite many messages sent, they have not responded. Clearly a total scam - to be avoided at all costs.They pretended to answer my review, but didn't. Coggles must be scanners, I haven't been able to return the item still. BEWARE
I am trying to return the shoes I ordered since I received them on 4.09! The website does not recognize my order number, the customer support won’t reply. I received once a reply with the link once I raised a case with PayPal but guess what? The link won’t allow me to create a return label. I have never experienced such a terrible service EVER!
