Unable to Return - Frustrating Experience

Like others have mentioned, I want to return an item but cannot. My order is not recognized, and it states there is a known issue. I've waited a few days as advised and tried again, but still no recognition. Since the delivery on November 10, I've been trying to resolve this. There is no customer service phone number available, and I've emailed three times with only a generic response asking for screenshots. I sent those and received no further reply. No response to negative reviews either! I'm considering reporting this company to authorities. (Update: A single period in feedback is not a helpful response, come on!)

Customer service is woeful

SHOCKING SCAMCustomer service has been woeful. Simply stopped responding to my emails after I sent them a video of the damaged item they delivered to me.Finally after 3 follow-up emails on my end, Brooke from CS responded, referring me back to their prior email asking for photos / videos. I HAVE FOLLOWED UP WITH 3 EMAILS WITH THIS EVIDENCE AND YOU KEEP IGNORING THEM. COGGLES - AVOID - READ YOUR EMAILS!!Will be charging back with my bank

Trying to return an item and it…

Trying to return an item and it requests order number and post code, I then get thrown out, I've beentryini for a week. No customer service number and the customer service email sent me the same instruction that I explained isn't working. I've wasted an hour trying to return the item and still no better off! Why is this difficult???????

Coggles Customer Service

Returns portal has been down for over a month which goes way past time allowed for returns.I understand software malfunctions can happen but there is no communication with customers to reassure they will honour returns or when the fault is likely to be fixed.I have been stuck with a load of good to return for over 4 weeks.Very poor customer service on communication.

Returns/Refund Issue - Portal Trouble

I don't want to be too negative, unlike some I've read, as I've found the ordering, processing and delivery of my items seamless and I am really happy with the service from that side of things. However - I wish to return one of the four items that I've ordered and the portal simply does not work. My items only arrived on Monday so I know I have time (28 days from that point) but I'd like things to hurry along as I need to refunded money to purchase something more suitable. Can someone from the company please reach out to me so that I can resolve this issue?Update - I have heard nothing from these guys. Not even the '.' or ',' comment that some are managing to get! Does anyone know what I can do to resolve this issue? I do not want to be stuck with this dress!

Return process does not function

I want to return items but cannot do it. The time threshold is creeping closer. My order is not recognised, it says there is a known issue. I've left it a few days as advised, tried again, still not recognised. The telephone number I found via googling is not recognised. The links to contact for help are broken URLs. I literally don't know what to do, just cannot find a means to get help. I would appreciate advice, this feels obstructive.

I’d give no stars if I could

I’d give no stars if I could. Ordering and delivery were fine, but I need to return my parcel and it’s proving absolutely impossible. The returns portal just doesn’t work - it simply doesn’t recognise order details. It says to wait and try again as there’s a delay. The trouble with that, is I’ll soon run out of days in the return window and be stuck with an item that doesn’t fit me. There are absolutely no customer service details or contact details available on site, and if you go to Fraser Group - the parent company - it’s exactly the same.I have ordered from Coggles plenty of times in the past and would have recommended them. But this is the first time I’ve needed to return anything, and now will avoid ordering from them at all costs. And yes, I’m well aware that they will reply to this comment with a full stop rather than resolving problems, as they only seem to engage with positive reviews.Absolute shambles.

Terrible customer service - impossible to contact!

I've had great experiences with Coggles in the past but I'm really unhappy with my most recent experiencw with an online purchase. I need to return an expensive item due to size but the online system isn't working and directs me to contact the customer service team. Unfortunately they are impossible to get hold of! Ive tried calling, emailing and using the online form which is useless. I dont know what to do an im stuck with a purchase I dont want. Poor!
