I have sent multiple emails regarding my damaged handbag I received . I have sent multiple messages on different platforms such as Facebook and Instagram and received no response, this is absolutely shocking as I paid a lot of money for my bag, I would like a reply as soon as possible before I take this further. I am unable to Initiate a return through your return portal. No Customer support what so ever, no telephone, email or online chat. Just going around in a loop back to FAQ and drop down menu for contact us that takes you back into the same loop over and over without ever once giving any contact details.This is the second time that I have reached out on trust pilot for your help. Apparently you responded, but when I checked the response was blank with just the name Coggles.I am again asking for your help to make a return for a full refund. As the return portal is net working please send me details and address of how to get my return back to you safely and secure my refund.This is urgent as I need to return these items by the end of this week.
So disappointed Coggles have now been taken over by the Flannels Group. Can't chat to anyone in person or online, the delivery charges have gone ridiculously extortionate, payment options removed. I used to regularly place an order but I'll be looking elsewhere now as it's just a big brand shop that isn't interested in keeping regular customers happy.Coggles is showing as replied to my review but the reply is empty, no message left
Placed a large order, there was issues with several items so tried returning them. The system has been down for weeks. There is no phone number anywhere. Finally made contact via the item not delivered contact form even though this isn't the issue. They emailed me apologising and asked for pictures which I sent. Complete silence again. No replies whatsoever. I have taken the issue up with the bank.Horrible and stressful, I will never use them again. Beware
I am currently experiencing numerous issues with Coggles where after having paid for next day delivery, the parcel arrived 2 days later. They offered a compensatory voucher which never arised. I am now trying to return items for a refund and their system is not recognising my order a week following receiving my order. Coggles customer service team details are not only extremely hard to find but then they do not respond to contact. Current practices are in direct opposition of the The Consumer Rights Act 2015. I will not be ordering from them again and recommend.
Been trying to organise a return. App not working, can’t seem to process a return anywhere on the website. Very frustrating. Update: Having posted my review here, Coggles have replied with a dot. Just a dot. They have done this with countless customers here on Trustpilot. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Absolutely appalled by this service. I have been trying to request a return for 10 days since my delivery but system still says order cannot be found. I have emailed 3 times with no response and tried to phone but none of the phone lines are working. I will never order anything from Coggles again.
