Fraudulent business - avoid purchasing anything from these hustlers. I bought a product for £8, and apparently in the fine print, they gave me a 10-day membership. The fine print was so small I didn’t notice it, and with all the spam emails, it’s easy to miss. Then they charged me automatically! This feels like theft!
I previously left negative feedback regarding a link I paid for but didn’t receive, and then I was charged a monthly fee after the trial. I requested a full refund of $94.64, and today I received my money back. I am retracting my previous negative feedback and replacing it with this review. I appreciate the cooperation and prompt resolution from the service.
I ordered the link on the 23rd October for AUD 14.73 but never received any links. Today being the 6th November they had the gall to charge me a further AUS 79.91 citing trial over. I hope you have the decency to refund me ASAP. I am a senior 71 years old and I just cannot afford losing AUD 94.84I ordered the link under my secondary email which is the same except it’s hotmail, not gmail. PLEASE SEND ME A FULL REFUND ASAP.
I set out to buy some presets that were recommended to me. I was in the middle of editing so was trying to hurry. I easily found the presets. And pushed buy now. Then another page of tons of words came up and asked if I’d like to add on more things for just a dollar. Now I’m sure something in all that text said that I was agreeing to sign up for a 49.00 A Month subscription. But it wasn’t the main focus. And again. My own fault I guess because I was in a hurry. I’m sure the company will say it’s my own fault because I failed to read it. But come on now. If you weren’t trying to purposely trick people into this subscription. You’d make it more obvious that that that’s what you were *actually* getting for that dollar. It’s all a big scam. So then when I finally came to terms with the 49.99. I went and canceled the membership and thought well I just watch some of the tutorials to make it worth the money. Nope. I should have had weeks longer to review all the stuff I paid money for. Nope. To be fair. It did warm me twice when I canceled that I would lose access. But I figured they’d be decent people and at least let me get something for my money. But no. When I went to watch some classes. I couldn’t. Because I was no longer a member. Really? I had to cancel or. Because I’m not going to be out that money again. If you’re reading this because you are considering giving this company your money. Save it and go to someone who actually cares about your business. If you’re reading this and your the guy that scams people. By making the fine print small because you absolutely know People don’t want to read all that. Shame on you you know what you’re doing. And you’re as honest as a thief.
Complete scam!!!Photographers BEWAREYou sign up for $1 trials later to be charged $49 MONTHLY!!!!They have STOLEN 49$ from me WITHOUT EVEN ADVISING ME THAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO IT (EARLY).These criminals should be stopped and all who work for them, hopefully end up in jail.In the mean time I’ll be contacting authorities unless I receive a full refund. Which they have refused and only offer a credit. I don't want a credit, I don't want to put my subscription on hold, I WANT TO CANCEL IT, but no one will confirm my 5 email requests to cancel. I believe this is FRAUD and the authorities need to be told and they need to take action, this is a criminal offence.
So far it's not been great and been totally frustrating - got an email saying i was about to be charged and to cancel etc just go here - ummmm no - not possible to do that. Then tried to log into support ummm no can't do that. So ok giving up in frustration decide to check the courses out - ummm no no audio - check other programs on my laptop to see if it's my laptop umm no not mine but still no audio on the courses - check settings on course there's video settings but no audio settings - like i said so far not so great
I seriously can not recommend Cole's Classroom's enough! Not only are there so many great resources, you also get to be a part of the members-only Facebook Group. Everyone is always so helpful and caring and it has never mattered what level photographer you may be - hobbyist to professional and everything in between, you are welcomed and greeted with open arms! I owe where I am in my business to Cole's Classroom and can't imagine being a part of a better group with amazing members and mentors. It's such a positive and uplifting place to be. If you haven't checked them out - now is the time. You won't regret it. It's time to invest in yourself and this is a great start!
