Total scam. I have been paying $49/month for months now because I can’t login to cancel and when I “reset password” the email never comes… when I email the “support” address there is never a reply. No phone # on the site and no end in sight to this complete waste of my $$$
I joined on the trial just before taking the plunge to set up my photography business in about February/March 2021, and I found it so incredibly useful and supportive that I'm still here! My confidence and ability has just grown SO much, I cannot thank the amazing mentors on here enough!
I am so happy to be a part of the Cole’s Classroom. Community. I have been a member since 2016. I cannot begin to tell you all that I have learned. The support and mentoring is beyond compare. I was able to start my business and sustain it through the worse pandemic we have had. I have been in business for 6 years now and my business gets stronger every year. I owe a lot of this to the people and the resources in Cole’s Classroom. I have never thought of leaving! Education is so important, and they continue to add more curriculum and material to help us all grow! Thank you CC pros!
I signed up for the 10 day trail $1.00I never got the e-mail with the login info that they were suppose to send me. So I couldn't log in and never got to use the trial course. Now I am trying to cancel so I'm not going to be charged the $49monthly rate and I can't get in touch with them as I can't log in and e-mails to them get rejected(says it's not a valid e-mail) and can't speak to anyone on the phone. Is this a scam?
I was a member of Coles Classroom for about a year. It is okay but for what they charge it is not worth it. It seems to be aimed mostly at beginners but since I'm also an established photographer there was less benefit for me. The fb group are highly offended by just about any civil conversation I have in there and it's best to just NOT participate. Hey Ned is OK but again you can find cheaper CRM's that do exactly the same thing.
I really enjoy CC, I have gotten a lot of great information from the classes and love the products they have in their shop. I don't use presets much but some of their editable information guides gives me a great place to start and customize things for my own business.It's sad to see all the reviews that say scam because when I read the 10 day trial information, it was all there. I haven't cancelled my subscription but I have seen where that option is, so I'm not sure why everyone is having such a hard time. Maybe they have improved the site since those reviews. Either way I love it and have gotten great information and products so far enough no issues (been a member for a little under a year).
SCAM!!!They say "only $1 for 10 days then automatic $49/month recurring payment. Zero contracts and can cancel whenever you want without penalty." That is not true because they make it impossible to cancel the membership. You don't get a login possibility or you cannot change your password to do the following: - Hover over the profile icon in the menu bar (you may need to scroll down slightly to view)- Select "My Account" from the dropdown menu- In the Left Menu, click "Subscription"- Then click "Cancel"Do not do any business with them, they are fraud!Just see the responses below. They do not take it seriously. It's a robot responding.
