It’s a Scam first impression!!! First got excited to try this 1.00$ deal for 10 days.. it’s not free every time you will join you have to pay!! In my 7 days in this trial grace period they already charge me 49.00 in my account no cancellation not refundable,, there is no menu or account details to cancellation for your subscription.. You tube is all free!!!
I am trying very hard to get feedback using the support email address. I ordered a class and presets and while I received confirmation and a welcome email immediately as well as marketing materials encouraging me to buy more, I have not received a link to download my purchase. My credit card has been charged!Later...I see the response below. Yes, I finally got the download days later, but now it has been downloading 7 hours and it says it has 4-5 hours to go on a new and powerful computer!!! Am I just stupid? I'm scared to death as to what they are putting on my hard drive!
Scam!! Do not buy anything from them. I bought presets and then they started taking money out of my account every month to the tune of over €300 before I noticed. (They do not make it obvious who the payment is from) They said I signed up for it which I didn't. I bought presets in good faith - not their photography course. They will say that you signed up, but you didn't. It is FRAUD. They refunded 4 months - What about the other 8 you scammed from me. Do NOT buy anything from them!
I have attended their free class in May2020, was said that I can cancel subscription anytime. However when I logged in there is no option to cancel the subscription.After that it showed that my login details don’t match, so have tried to reset my password numerous times from June 2020 and still haven’t received any password reset email.They have been charging my credit card ever since, it’s not a recurring payment so cannot stop it. I have also tried to cancel my old card in the hope that the payments will be stopped, but hey who I am kidding totally failed. I have been calling my bank ever since to stop the payments but Cole’s classroom have been somehow managing to take payments out of my account every month. I have messaged customer service team numerous times and even tried on Facebook messenger for help. It’s a total scam and I have fallen for it. I would change my mind if I get my money back but at this point I am still going fight for a refund.I would not recommend anyone to not even attend a trail class and please don’t give your card details.
I followed a free webinar last tuesday, the lady (who is clearly full of herself) in the video told we could get a course, for only 1 dollar, she NEVER talked about other payments after 10 days, never! So I signed in, ONLY for getting to know more about photography. Now I got an email that my trial session will end soon (8th of January) and they will charge 49 dollar from my CC. I IMMEDIATELY cancelled my membership but I did not receive an email to confirm this annulation at all. So I took a screenshot of this annulation! Looking forward to get a response here. Normally I would never write a review, but after reading all these negative feedback (here and on many more websites!!) I had to do this!
This was the most unprofessional learning course I have ever signed up for. They do not send you emails letting you know when your 10 day trial is up, there is no clear way to end your trial, and they do not answer any customer service emails. You are locked into a course with no help, and they have access to charge you no matter what. HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere than this site for any help with photography. I have learned more watching FREE YouTube videos than watching the $51 of material I have now purchased to watch through their site. The biggest waste of money and time I have spend in a long time. Highly disappointed and now $50 wasted.
This group has changed my life! I have grown in ways that I would NOT have been able to through the direct, hands-on guidance of the mentors. The trainings and tutorials are very helpful. I also love the Facebook group because others may have asked the same questions I have and the mentors have such patience to walk each person through their struggle. They are family! I have recommended this site to many others because, while I belong to other groups, I always see nasty, negative comments on the other groups. This group is respectful and nothing but positive!
So I wasn't planning on staying long at Coles Classroom. I was planning on getting as much information as possible in the shortest amount of time and then get the hell out before trial was over. Well, it's been half a year and I'm still here! And I really don't want to go. Where I am as a photographer now, I owe it all to Cole's Classroom. I've learne so much in such a short amount of time and there is still so much more to learn. But the best part is the group! This group turned in to my second family and I can't and do not want to live without them! Also, the mentors are awesome! They are always there (it's like they never sleep) and always ready to help where ever you need them to. This is the best investment you can ever give yourself in terms of learning photography!
