I feel deceived! Avoid signing up for this. I was unable to register for this classroom despite numerous attempts to submit my email, and I received no response to access my account. I want to cancel my subscription, but there’s no way to do so without logging in. There’s no phone support available, only email, and I have yet to receive a reply from the support team. Don't be misled by this service.

Unfortunately, I never hear back from anyone from this company. Don't be fooled by this service.
As mentioned before, this company is nearly a scam. You sign up for a free trial with no communication, and before you know it, they start withdrawing money from your account. The only email I received after disputing the charges was full of excuses, offering a voucher and another free trial without any mention of a refund. I'm definitely not satisfied and feel cheated.
AVOID THIS SCAM! I signed up for a one-time downloadable photography guide for $9, but they enrolled me in an ongoing program for $49 per month without my consent. When I reached out, there was complete silence. No replies to my emails. They are shameless fraudsters.
This site is nearly a scam. I signed up for access to their content for $5, only to be charged $49 per month for three months before I realized I unintentionally agreed to a subscription. I never received emails explaining this would happen, nor did I authorize access to their materials. "Buyer beware," read their terms and conditions carefully before proceeding. I'm down $147 with no benefits.
0.5 Rating, if I could! There are many complaints about this company. I signed up for three promotional offers, but monthly charges of $49 appeared on my credit cards during the holidays when I wasn't checking closely. When I discovered the charges, I tried calling customer service multiple times, but that number is nonfunctional...SURPRISE! They did respond to their support email, and after I strongly objected to the charges, they refunded $247 of the $394 charged, leaving $147 on one card. My argument is that if they admitted they were wrong to charge me on two cards, then it’s also wrong to charge the third card! I will update my review positively if they issue a refund for these fraudulent charges, but I’m not holding my breath!
I should have checked reviews first before engaging with this organization. I've emailed them three times requesting a refund of nearly £40. I don't even remember signing up for anything other than a free trial, and my emails for resolution are always ignored. It's unfortunate that other course providers continue to recommend this service.
I purchased a couple of courses and opted out of their subscription, even deleting my card details. However, I noticed a deduction of 48 euros from my account, despite having opted out. I emailed them, but they haven't replied. After multiple emails, they agreed to a refund. Although I deleted my details to stop the subscription, it seems the system was still set to charge me. Buyer beware!
