Review Time
I signed up for the trial and have been tryng to log in, but my password doesn't work. When I try to reset my password, I never receive the link. I just got charged the full amount when I haven't even been able to try it out. Also, I don't have lightroom on my computer, so basically I can't use this. I can't cancel because I can't log in. Have sent emails but have yet to receive a reply.
A few years ago I upgraded my camera but I never took any classes. I stumbled across Cole's Classroom and took the trial. Well I've been here for 3 years now and never looked back. I was a wildlife hobbyist and at first I thought I would never do portraits or need this training tool. Boy was I wrong! I do more wildlife than portraits, but I have used all I learned in CC for both portraits AND wildlife photography. There is still SO much more to learn. CC doesn't hold back with any tips. All of the mentors are so helpful. You get both video tutorials and Facebook group help. I learn from others' posts and questions on things I wouldn't even have thought about. And everyone is so caring. No nastiness here! We are all a family out to help one another. I've also met 2 very good friends through CC that live near me.
Doesn't matter what the quality of their training material is, this business is run following a scam strategy. Even though I did not agree to become a pro-member, this company made me one and took approximately £450 from my account. When I noticed by bank statements and contacted them, they returned half of the money but could not produce any invoice to show that I agreed to become their member. I never did. Their business name suggests that its a school or training centre, but they have no morality of education or training. In 11 months they never asked the student what have you learnt or is there any problem. All credit card companies and banks should ban this company. More people who suffered like me should report their experience online and bring down their Trustpilot score to 2 stars at least. That will help other users to save their hard earned money.
I am new to this site but not to photography. I have been taking photos ever since I was able to hold a small box camera back in the day. All of these folks are teaching me and opening my eyes to so many new things now that I can't begin to explain how excited I am to start getting out there and trying them all! Thanks everyone!
