Theres a monthly fee and i was initially told payments were due monthly. Company charges 99$ late fees on any transactions after week so if don’t pay attention you could get 4 late fees in one month. This set up is a scam
Classic short term business experience. Easy to set up an account. Impossible to shut it down. Phone numbers, chats,emails - can't find your account, please verify, I'm sending you. It's pretty embarrassing and childish really. I ended up reporting them to the attorney general for my state. Had the account for a few years. Monthly fee (no usage - just a monthly fee - racking up while they found the account cancellation department apparently at the south pole.) These guys are clowns.
Absolute GARBAGE!! I get better discounts and credit line with my pilot card! Customer service, trash your so called account manager, USELESS Update. This company is still trash!! Someone named Melissa reached out and said she was going to handle this situation. Guess what, she didnt. Instead of just canceling this account she goes and says she'll make it right and even asked me to change my review. If she'd followed thru on her word I would have but didnt hear anything eles from her. So I contacted them to,see what the outcome was and low and behold it was closed and i was even informed( not the card just the case). So im like wow and it sucks that trustpilot dosent have a option to show the emails cause you'd have to see it to believe it. Listen to all the horror stories about this company. Any other fuel card will be better than dealing with these unprofessional and lackluster company!
