I would like to express our heartfelt appreciation for your compassionate and professional service throughout the care of our loved one from the moment you took him in until the funeral and burial. Everything went smoothly, and we valued your patience and sensitivity during this tough time. The extra touches, such as the memorial wildflower seeds, were greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.
We want to thank the team for the excellent care and attention we received following the loss of our beloved husband and father. From start to finish, you addressed all our concerns during this difficult time. Special thanks to the representative, who was a true friend to us and always available.
I wanted to pass on the family’s sincere thanks for you and your teams support over the last 2 weeks. Nothing was too much trouble, and we so appreciated you stepping in to resolve the issues with mum’s doctor. Yesterday’s service was everything we hoped it would be for mum. Karl and his colleagues were extremely professional whilst also being sensitive and compassionate. They held our hand throughout the service which was beautiful.I will be in touch in the new year regarding mum’s ashes but for now we will take a moment to reflect.With great thanks and warmest wishes to you all for a very Happy Christmas
Dad and I would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the whole team at Coles for the care and love provided for our Mum and us in organising and carrying out the service to celebrate her life. They managed to achieve a perfect balance between professionalism and the human touch - nothing was too much trouble and all members of the team showed enormous empathy and care for us whenever they communicated with us. They held our hand through the whole process and they were extremely flexible with changes to plans. The touch of their team wearing purple ties at the service (Mum's favourite colour and the theme for her service) was hugely appreciated. Special thanks to Steven who looked after us all with such care. I cannot think of any other team I would choose to look after our family during such a difficult time. Thank you so much.
I will never forget the kindness and empathy leading up to my husband's funeral, both from the funeral director and staff at Coles' funeral home.On the day of the funeral, that kindness exceeded all expectations. My son, daughter and I cannot thank you enough.
