Bought 2 labubu. I asked them before purchasing. Are they real. They assured me they are real. I paid. They got delivered. They are fake. I told them they re fake. Asked for a refund. They want me to pay the delivery back to them. It cost more than the doll. Please please. Do not look further with this company. It’s a scam.
I wish I could give zero stars, but i can’t. They claim their products are 100% authentic and ship from my home country. Instead it shipped from China and was 100% fake!!! I spent €40 on a fake Labubu. Sent an email and they just replied that “they said shipping could take longer” and didn’t reply to my comment that the Labubu was a fake and that I wanted my money back, since they claim everything they sell is 100% authentic. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!
if i could give this website 0 stars, i would. i ordered a labubu 25 days ago and it did not arrive. i emailed the company several times asking for an estimated time arrival of the labubu.which whilst i was ordering said it would be “1-2 days delivery” but it has been weeks. the company emailed me back to say that it’s on its way and they gave a 14 digit tracking number. i searched this code onto evri and it didn’t exist. evri only uses 16 digit tracking numbers so they had supplied me with a fake tracking number. we paid £35 for a labubu which wasn’t even real. i emailed the company again asking for a refund which they ignored and did not respond to. please save your time and your money and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.
Bought two Labubu’s which never turned up. 3 months later no action despite saying it was delivered and that they’d look into why I don’t have them. Reporting to my bank as scam/fraud to hopefully get my money back. Please don’t make the mistake I and others did in using this fraud company.
After waiting a month for my package and sending a message to “ customer service” , I am told the package was sent to me and I should contact my local postal service. Upon looking at the tracking provided and contacting my postal service turns out the package was never delivered and was being sent back to Collectory. Only after I did research and shared with “ customer service” did I get a reply that I would be refunded once returned package received. Two weeks later and I’m checking on the returned parcel to come to a page with “ unknown error” . I’ve shared the screen shot with “ customer service” not hopeful. Poor poor poor
