This website is a fraud. I made a purchase on the premise it was shipping from Singapore. The next day I saw an email stating that they don’t have stock and are shipping for their “international warehouse .” This sounds like their delay tactic. I’ve asked for a cancellation and refund but they claim that they cannot do so as it has shipped but are not able to provide any shipping information. Fraudsters. I will file a police report to ban this website.
Scam! They are using insta box to make it look like they are delivering the item! I was unable to track my delivery on instabox. I was relying on the shop app! I emailed the company several times and each time I emailed them the shop app updated with delivery details, keeping me hopeful. The app has now said the item has been delivered. It has not been delivered. Absolutely devastated as I had ordered this for my daughter’s birthday.

I ordered 3 labubus. I didn’t get any shipping updates until a few days after. The tracking is fake. Have tried contacting the company but they just keep sending the same email back asking for the order number. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE it’s a SCAM!!!!!PLEASE DO NOT BUY from Rareory.com!!!its the same people from collectory!!!
I have tried to reach out to their customer service several times (3-4 times already), but each time I receive the exact same standard reply, which does not address my question at all.It feels like my concerns are being ignored, and I would appreciate if a real person could look into my request and provide a proper response.So I think it is a scam website and my order never came.

It’s a sophisticated scam operation targeting people who are simply trying to purchase something as innocent as a Labubus. Instead, they steal your money, identity, and trust, and leave you with nothing.This is not just a bad shopping experience. This is criminal.Their entire website is a facade. The refund pages, policies, contact information, none of it is real. Try clicking and you’ll find it’s just a static image. There’s no customer service, no recourse, no way to speak to a real human being. It’s like shouting into a void.What’s worse is that they fake their Trustpilot reviews to create a false sense of legitimacy. I fell for it. I trusted the stars. I trusted the site. And now my money is gone, and possibly my identity too.We’ve since been contacted by law enforcement - because this scam is under investigation as it was officially reported. AVOID this seller and website is 100% a scam. I ordered a labubu for my niece's birthday on the 25th of June and it finally turned up today on the 16th of July. It is very fake. There's is no QR code and the colours of the box are off.I reached out repeatedly to customer service to cancel and get a refund and they respond with drivel that their shipping is automated. It took them over 3 weeks to ship dispite stating 1-2 days shipping. The tracking they gave to the shop app and the one on their own website were completely different and never once updated. I've once again asked for a refund as it's not as advertised. If they refuse again I'll dispute it with the bank If it had arrived weeks ago I wouldn't have bothered. If I attempt to return it they will charge a £15 admin fee. Any review that's not a 1* is absolutely fake and probably written by the sellers themselves.

Am 30.6.2025 kam ein Mail dass meine Sendung mit der österreichischen Post unterwegs sei, klickt man darauf steht: Seite existiert nicht. Will man die Sendung via track17 verfolgen, kommt die Meldung die Sendungsnummer existiert nicht bzw. ist unbekannt.
