Avoid This Company!

I rented a car for a week with friends, and upon return, they charged me €240 for a tiny scratch that was barely visible. They imposed this charge without allowing me to dispute it. CAUTION - Additional Fuel Charge

CAUTION - When reserving your vehicle, a €58 fee is charged for returning it with a full tank. However, upon pickup, you are told you MUST return it full, which feels like double charging. Review the invoice carefully when collecting the vehicle and address any issues immediately. I've communicated with the support team for three months; they acknowledged the issue but have gone silent since my refund request. I've escalated to trading standards in both Italy and the UK.

Disappointing Experience with the Service

I booked a car through a service with Full Protection insurance, but at the desk, I was pressured to purchase additional insurance, which was confusing and unpleasant. The vehicle I received was heavily used, lacked winter tires despite being mandatory, and encountered a mechanical issue during the trip, causing significant power loss. Untrustworthy Service

We rented a car from this service twice. The first experience was fine, but this year, after just two hours, the car's battery died. Despite attempts to reach support, no one answered. After 1.5 hours, assistance arrived, but the car died again on the highway. Our emails requesting a refund were ignored, and they claimed we should have paid for the support we called. Avoid this service; it's a complete scam.

I've now raised the issue with trading standards in Italy and the UK.

Struggling to Get Deposit Back
