Absolutely shambolic. Sent my item and it got delivered to a random house and they just told me to take it up with Royal Mail as they have done their part. I contacted Royal Mail who said I need to get the company to open a case with them. I tried to tell Colt this and have been left on read ever since. AVOID. Shame.
I placed an order on May 6th, 2025, and as of today (28/11/25) I still haven’t received anything. After contacting the company, they told me they didn’t have my item in my size anymore and even lowered the price afterwards.When I then asked for a refund, they stopped responding completely. I have not received any meaningful communication since.At this point, I am certain I will never see my order or my money again. I’m only writing this review to warn others. Based on my experience, this brand cannot be trusted, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid purchasing from them.

Absolutely awful company! Do not buy from them! I ordered three items from their store with the expected delivery of 3-5 days, after waiting a few weeks i enquired about the delay with their customer service team and I would just get snotty emails back. Eventually my order did arrive (nearly two months later), and one of the items was missing. I let the store know and they said they would refund me, I waited two weeks got nothing. This then led to a series of dms on instagram of them claiming they will refund the money but nothing ever comes through. Three months later I still never got any refund and they just started to ignore my messages asking for them to sort out the refund.
