Bought a Comfee dishwasher via Amazon, stopped working after 3 months, absolutely no customer support from the company. Fortunately for me, Amazon is taking it back and giving me a full refund. I would never ever recommend this Chinese brand to anyone. Not even to Putin.
Boy was i looking forward to this turning up today.. absolutely awesome piece of kit does what it says on the tin. After struggling for weeks on a night time with the heat, this is literally a breath of fresh air, being extremely cool at that 😎 love it thank you so much 😊
This is the second comfee portable ACU that I have ordered because they are so good. The Customer Services team are real people that go out of their way to help you and get everything right the first time.The product itself is excellent - no hassle no mess no emptying, just plug it in and let the coolness wash over you. As I said this is now the second Comfee ACU we have having bought the first one 2 years ago and as a trouble-free unit we got a second to save moving it for the nighttime.Thank you Team Comfee UK - real people that really care.
I ordered a unit during the heatwave on the Monday and received my product the very next day. Absolute god send. To my surprise, they must of had a buy one get one free promo as I have been sent a second portable on the Wednesday! 🤪I contacted comfee to inform them that they had delivered a second unit in error, spoke to a great guy called Dave who told me to keep the unit for my elderly parents. My parents are delighted with this. Thank you so much comfee, made my family’s summer. 👍
I paid over the odds for a machine from this company, based on the promise of guaranteed next day delivery. They told me the item was with their logistics carrier on Tuesday morning. It didn’t arrive. After that they didn’t answer emails or phone calls. I eventually found their logistics people, did Comfee’s job for it, and the item was delivered the next morning.The logistics team told me the item was NOT with them when Comfee said it was. I still need a part for the machine but they still aren’t answering, so it’s court next. I would never buy anything from these guys ever again!Update. 3 August. Comfee may have seen my review! In fairness to them I want to give an update.This afternoon it seems all hands were to the pump. They sent through the missing part and this has arrived, making the air conditioner finally usable.They’ve also refunded me the difference between their unit and the one I could have bought cheaper but had to wait longer for.I feel they’ve been extremely fair in sorting this out now. I’m in the position I would have been if I had gone for the cheaper unit from another brand.I’ve tried it and really like it. Their customer service and logistics are poor but if you’re willing to do battle I think the machine is excellent.I’ve registered the 3 year warranty that comes with it and that was easy to do.

I was advised to call back once the item was received in good condition and on calling back I was treated with the same outstanding care, they had already processed the promotion discount to me and knew who I was and why I was calling before I had explained, this was exceptional!! The sheer care and empathy shown to me was out of this world. Now my dogs are so happy and so am I..Thankyou to the team at Comfee you are setting new standards in customer care, service and real commitment to showing customers they are truly cared about.
