Fan turbine failure post-warranty.

The fan turbine on my unit broke apart right after the warranty expired. The company doesn’t provide spare parts, stating that technicians are unwilling to service these units. Consequently, any issues after warranty result in having to dispose of your costly unit. I recommend finding a seller with more ethical practices.

Defrosting issues with the freezer.

I bought this freezer about four months ago and have had to defrost it twice because I couldn’t open the drawer or shelves, even on the lowest setting. It’s currently frozen solid again, despite being empty. Not satisfied at all.

Terrible experience with the dishwasher.

I urge you to avoid this seller. My dishwasher flooded on the first use due to an internal issue. After many emails and sending it back, I had to contact my payment provider for a refund, which took nearly two months. I've never encountered such poor customer service.

Good service, but the product is noisy.

Delivery was fast and reasonably priced, and customer support was helpful. It blows cold air with a powerful fan, but it is extremely loud. It sounds like a small motorbike idling in the room, making it difficult to leave it running for long.
