STAY AWAY!!!I got 12,000 BTU model last year, didn't use it much till this year. After turning it on this year it is leaking water to the floor. They're not responding to emails!Conversation with after sales person was just to tell me off. Diagnosed over phone and chat physical damage to unit without even seeing it, and i have been told They can't do anything for me.I called Product Support Manager for UK just to hear that there is no warranty claim, and it won't be accepted. If I want I can repair it myself.Another company quick to take Your money, but with Non-existent and rude after sales support.Don't waste Your time with them!
Firstly the customer service, delivery time and overall experience has been nothing short of excellent from the team at comfee. We purchased a portable aircon unit (9000 BTU) I ordered it thursday and it arrived early Friday afternoon. The unit is excellent, its kept our bedroom at 19 degrees whilst outside is 36. I couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Thank you
Purchased a “Midea” branded portable from Comfee to help my parents get some sleep in this heat and it saved their weekend. Great comms, great price and even had a 5% discount code, I purchased safely via PayPal. If you need any support call them on the freephone number they have at the top of the website and speak with Paige. Great girl and good help with setting up the voice control via Alexa.
I will not use this company again. Received my order and upon inspection it was damaged. The damage is beneath the filter cover (which was slightly ajar) so almost impossible that it happened in transit. Sent an email to explain immediately including photos and phoned them twice (their phone is set up to go straight to voice mail). No reply by email or phone after 2 days. I then tried phoning the tech support phone number (3rd party company) and ended the call with them as this is not a tech support issue.I then received an email from comfee-uk apologizing for the delayed response, asking where I sent the email to? (I sent it to the email address provided within the order confirmation email, as outlined to contact for damaged goods, which is their main email address).I have requested a refund now, and will update this review with the outcome.
I purchased 2 portable AC units just over a year ago and they have the 3yr warranty. I recently purchased a 3rd unit too.One of the first units is not functioning correctly and I have been trying to receive support. Unfortunately the support service is some of the worst I've encountered and the technicians are extremely unhelpful.The engineer had the nerve to call me a scammer wanting his money back when all I want is the unit repaired and warranty honored.They are now asking me to send the unit back in an original box, pallet and would require a truck service at my cost, they would then charge me to inspect the unit and have me pay for return carriage. I have raised it with the Citizens Advice Bureau and they are helping me and have reported the situation to trading standards. Avoid this company if you value support.
