Extremely Disappointed with the Service

I visited the store to claim the warranty advertised by the company, which was clearly outlined on their website. Upon arrival, a staff member directed me to the manager, who seemed entirely uninformed about customer service. When I asked for assistance in locating my receipt, she immediately said no, claiming it would take too long, despite me providing the purchase date. During our conversation, when I mentioned that my issue wasn't due to normal wear and tear, she responded with an unprofessional tone, saying, 'CAN'T YOU HEAR WHAT I AM SAYING?' This was completely unacceptable behavior for a manager. Only after I requested the head office's contact number did her attitude change. The company's website states a two-year warranty, which they denied, and the customer service team informed me they couldn't override the manager's decision. The manager was unhelpful, which is why I sought assistance from customer service. The misleading information on their site is frustrating. I'm very dissatisfied and will not shop with the company again. You've lost a loyal customer.

Disappointing Experience with Shoe Purchase

I purchased women's shoes online, on sale for $202 for my daughter in her usual size. Unfortunately, they were too small and narrow in the toe area. When I attempted to return and exchange them, I was informed that the sale had ended, and they wouldn't honor the original price, insisting I pay the full price of $270, plus the return shipping costs. There isn't a local store nearby, making this situation even more frustrating. This company clearly doesn't prioritize customer satisfaction. My daughter was looking forward to receiving these for Christmas, but now I'll have to buy them at full price from another retailer and will be avoiding this business in the future.

Difficult Exchange Experience

I bought a hoodie for my granddaughter's birthday but she didn't like it. When I called the store to exchange it, they refused because it was past the 30-day return period, despite having the receipt and original packaging. I think it's unfair, especially since I just wanted a simple exchange. There's a clear lack of customer care from this store.

Consistently Poor Customer Service

I've frequently shopped at this location and consistently find the customer service lacking. While I don't expect extensive interaction, it's disappointing not to even be greeted. On one occasion, employees were too absorbed in their conversations to acknowledge customers, which is unprofessional. I often try on clothes but end up purchasing online due to this experience.

Confusing Bag Policy

I was offered a bag for $3 and when I inquired about a standard brown bag, I was told they were out of stock. However, two bags were charged, totaling $6. When I requested a refund, it was denied. This felt unfair, especially when the other bags later became available for free.
