I purchased products recently but unfortunately it's a bit big for me and wanted to return it and surprisingly when I request for a return I received a reply straight away and have a solution within a day. And honestly I was a bit surprise with the solution given to me. Great costumer service very happy with the result. Highly recommend this website.

The product I received does not match the photos or description shown on the website. The color is completely different, and the overall quality is very poor. Although the item is advertised as cotton, the fabric smells strongly of plastic and does not feel like cotton at all, which is highly misleading.The refund process is equally frustrating. Customer service only offered a 50% refund or a store voucher. For a full refund, I was told I must return the item at my own expense, despite the return being international, costing over $11, and requiring me to provide the tracking number myself. This is unreasonable, especially given that the product was clearly misrepresented.Overall, this was a very unprofessional experience. The quality does not reflect what is advertised, and the refund policy is unfair and not customer-friendly. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
Feedback about the Commense Return ProcessI would like to express some concerns about the current return process.First, it feels unnecessarily complicated and inconvenient. After purchasing items, customers should not have to go through an approval process just to request a return. This creates uncertainty and makes the shopping experience feel less customer-friendly.Second, requiring customers to pay for return shipping adds additional frustration. Considering the price point of the products, it would be much more fair and reassuring if returns were easier and more cost-effective.Overall, I hope Commense can reconsider and improve its return policy to make the experience smoother and more supportive for customers.
Honestly so disappointed — your tracker says “delivery attempted” but no one called, no one rang the bell, nothing. That too moning 6’o clock. Worst tracking service ever — no proper updates and no courier details at all. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks, and I’m leaving the country on the 10th. If this parcel isn’t here by Monday it’s useless to me
