Very bad experience

Very bad experience. I ordered Manx Missile 35+ t-shirt, and first I was waiting for it more than month, I received t shirt with defect ( without print number 35). I complained and they sent me a new one. I received it yesterday, same like the first one. Very annoying and disappointing. Last time that I'm ordering something from that shop.

Lost my money and terrible customer experience

Made an order recently. A couple of days after I received an email from them telling me the address was wrong and asking please to send the right address. I sent the right address, they confirmed received the right addres and updates their records with it. ( I have the emails). The order was sent to the wrong address. Try to chat with them, the service is the worst, you'll have to wait even when an agent is already in the chat. First chat attempt. After 40 mins explaining the entire situation and they accepting what I said finally agreed to re send my order. I asked for confirmation, they said couldn't confirm until 24 hours after.24Hours after and 2nd chat attempt: I had to explain everything again and ask for confirmation of my order being re-shipped. I was told I couldn't receive my order because the address was incorrect. Even when I explained everything twice and was agreed before. Explained everything again saying I had proof of everything I said, emails, chat transcript, etc. They asked me to sent that and wait 24 hours for another person to receive and check that. I think I lost my money.

Ordered two shirts two weeks ago

Ordered two shirts two weeks ago. Per the tracking info it’s still at the same location it was since placing my order. Contacted the customer service three times, and yet to get a response. And like those emails, this review post will 100% be ignored by them as well.Avoid boutique.letour.fr at all costs.

Ordered 2 women’s T-shirts in S and M

Ordered 2 women’s T-shirts in S and M. The small was bigger than the medium! Both tops were ‘men’s’ cut so enormous. Completely overpriced for what they are and very disappointed to have been advertised as ‘women’s’ but clearly not

If you're buying anything from the official tdf booths

If you're buying anything from the official tdf booths - especially those on Champs-Élysées - double check that you're actually getting the items in the packaging. I ended up getting only 2 out of 3 mugs after I opened it back at home.

2 month delivery time for average quality items

Order took 2 months to arrive. Ordered for Christmas gifts. Unwanted due to arriving too late. When received, was unimpressed with quality so decided to return. Return cost £5.90.Requested postage refund. Postage refund refused.
