I ordered personalised boxers for my partner early December and paid extra for quick delivery. I got an email saying “ failed delivery” stating my address was incomplete/incorrect. I contacted them and they were requesting extra money to redeliver , which I refused to pay. It’s now 9 weeks on and at least 10 emails in, I keep being told they are waiting on the item being returned to them to resend. Most recent email saying they’ll redo the order and deliver. No offer to refund and many of the emails said the same thing, auto-generated. I don’t think I’ll ever get my order or see a refund! I’d definitely not recommend buying from this company!
I visited to verify the legitimacy of this store and read other reviews. I placed an order last month as a holiday gift for my partner. Today is the 28th, and it has yet to arrive. I'm quite let down. I cannot recommend this service.
The package was not delivered. When I reached out, I was told my address was insufficient and incorrect?! I sent a photo of the address used for this order, along with my driver's license address and recent mail, all showing the same information! I tried to prove my address is accurate, yet they still asked for it again, which would yield the same result. I ordered this as a Christmas gift, and now, due to this confusion, I won’t receive it before Christmas. To make matters worse, their follow-up email was identical to the previous one, continuing to assert that my address is wrong or insufficient!!! It also stated that if I do not resolve this with the carrier in 7 days, it will be returned, and I will incur additional charges for redelivery?! This is clearly a mistake between the company and the carrier, as my package, with a valid address, should have been delivered. They need to take more responsibility for resolving this with their carrier.

The package took 3 weeks to arrive and was late. When I opened it, the size was completely different from what was shown on the website. I ordered two pairs, and the size guide was inconsistent—M was shown as a 33-inch waist, and the XXL was the same size. After I carefully picked the sizes, they were entirely different from one another. When I tried to communicate with the platform, they treated me as if I was at fault, insisting there was no issue and that I was the one confused, even though the size chart on the website was misleading. I will not receive a refund, so be cautious; their service is truly terrible.
This experience was absolutely awful; I recommend not shopping here. I tried to order a personalized CD, but they claimed I exceeded the maximum time of 15 minutes while selecting 20 songs. How do they expect to fit 20 songs into 15 minutes? Customer service was even worse, attempting to charge me a ridiculous fee.
Avoid this seller. I purchased what I believed was a 3D statue featuring my husband, but instead received a piece of Perspex with a random photo stuck to the back. There was no email confirmation for my order and no way to contact them to express my dissatisfaction.
