We moved just before lockdown, ordered and were excited about remote blinds etc. Pandemic hit and we assured the business was solid and once the lockdown was lifted we were installed. Polite, professional, cleaned up after themselves (no leaving boxes or even dust on the floor). Good job all round, thank you

Keep away from this company!!!Never keep there appointments. Twice I cancelled my daughters swimming as they mentioned someone will be coming to fix my shutters. No one turned up for appointments. This happened nearly 3 times.Finally they come to fix my shutters and end up fixing blinds which looking totally shabby and have long strings hanging. In December 2019 I rated this company poorly. The company begged me endlessly over several messages to remove the review. Giving several excuses right from mental health to losing family members. They promised me in January 2020 they will fix my shutters as they are waiting for the goods to arrive. Guess what... Total Lie!I have now got a different company to do my shutters!STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
DO NOT USE. Our experience of complete shutters is very similar to the other 1 star reviews, and it makes me doubtful that all of the 5 star reviews are genuine. We ordered the shutters back in March 2019, paid a deposit and organised a fitting date for May. When we called to confirm the fitting date in May we were told that they had no record of this despite the fact we had it in an email from them. Then came weeks of no communication and constant chasing of when the shutters which were meant to take 4 weeks to arrive would be fitted. Their customer service during this period was awful - no explanation of the delay or apologies at all, just lots of excuses about systems being down, person X not there, someone in diabetic coma, someones Grandma died.... We eventually had the shutters fitted in July - they look ok but on inspection there are two cracks in the frame, one VERY big, which they had just filled with white filler. We immediately told them of the damage, they even came round and agreed to replace back in July. Over the next 4 months we had multiple fitter appointments organised through chasing them, all of which have been missed with no warning or even follow up call the next day to explain the no show. I realise things come up but this company is dreadful and should be avoided. We bought a product expecting a warranty which is meaningless when the company avoids trying to fix things.UPDATE- they spent lots of time and effort to get my wife’s review removed as it was paid for by me. If this effort went into their product and service they would probably do very well. I expect at least 3 positive reviews to go up straight away after this.
** Update dated 30th March 2020- They have recently started paying me back 1st instalment of our claim.Due to the curtains being too short and numerous chance for the company to rectify the problem, I've given up and instead lodged with the County Court for compensation middle of November 2019. A warrant has been served middle of January 2020 and they still haven't paid anything back despite an agreement to pay me back in instalments. If you don't want to go through this problem, PLEASE AVOID! Trustpilot, I have all the documentation proof to prove that this is real.

Daniel and his team of fitters have really done such an amazing job in installing plantation shutters in my house in Buckhurst Way. The two man team were very professional and hard working: the shutters have absolutely transformed the three rooms in which they were fitted: they operate easily, look brilliant and are also helping with keeping the place warm.I have no hesitation at all in recommending Complete Shutters.many thanksAlan

Great service, Danny and Sanj fitted shutters to the front of our house in Buckhurst Hill.I asked for the shutters to be supplied painted in Ral7016 colour, and they matched it perfectly to our aluminium windows.Keep up the great work! Cheers from the De Oliveira family
