Review Time
Recently had a full set of shutters installed. From the beginning the team was helpful and even took the time out to come around to the property with samples so we had a better idea of how the shutters would look in the windows. The shutters were installed on time and the fitters did a great job, ensuring everything was tidy before they left. The shutters look great and we are very happy with the quality and installation. Thank you to the team.

I’ve never been compelled to review a company no matter how bad their service, but Complete Shutters have managed to force me to write this, both as a means to vent my frustrations and also to warn anyone considering using them for their blinds/shutters.I was booked an installation date on 7th December around midday. This came and went and various excuses were made for no one attending. I was promised a call the following Monday.Monday came with no phone call but after some chasing, we managed to get rebooked for Wednesday 11th. This was rescheduled to the following day.Thursday came with no one attending again (this is a running theme) and no call to inform me of any issues. Office number was conveniently diverted to voicemail so no way to speak to someone about this, just left in limbo.We requested a refund as we were fed up and wasted 2 days of waiting around for nothing. We then get an email saying how their fitters have been letting them down and for us to call them. Hesitantly, we agreed to give them one more chance and despite assurances, today they failed to deliver. This time their excuse was that they were still waiting for my delivery!! So why did they book my fittings in the previous two times?? I understand that issues happen from time to time, but this company’s lack of communication and obvious call-dodging without as much as a courtesy call after wasting THREE of my days off is completely unacceptable. They do not care about your time and are happy to leave you in the dark wondering if anyone will show up, all whilst turning their phones to answer machine and hiding from their customers.I have requested a full refund of my deposit and I will be taking this up with trading standards as no one should have to go through this headache.AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTSEdit: it’s funny how a lot of the responses from your “company” all state that you have no records of the jobs. I have a quotation, invoice and receipt from you so stop lying. Requested refund from you which you said you would do, but many weeks later and no response to my many emails and no refund. Calls are ignored/blacklisted and emails go without replies. So no, I will not waste any more time trying to get anything out of you directly as I’m sick of your lies. Now give me back my money.Edit: they are still claiming to not know who I am and claim they never took any money. More lies and I expect nothing less from them. Got our deposit back eventually from our credit card company as Complete Shutters failed to return it themselves and completely ignored all correspondence.

The service and quality of work was phenomenal at a fraction of a price compared to some of the big firms for the same quality finish, the turn around time was great and the workmanship was outstanding. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite and well mannered fitters. Highly recommend these guys due to price and finishing of their work. Thanks
