We required quick assistance to get my elderly father a bed for his new bungalow. I contacted the representative, and he arranged everything promptly, arriving on time with a quality ottoman bed as requested. Excellent service from kind and polite individuals.
Good day, I cannot recommend this bed shop as I was never informed that my bed must remain stain-free and in original condition for any issues to be addressed. Now, in December 2024, I reached out to the local branch with no help or inspection. We noticed a problem with the base, and when contacting the head office, they suddenly refuse to repair or replace my mattress. I will never suggest anyone purchase from this bed shop.
We purchased a bed, headboard, mattress, and vase, served by the shop manager. After paying by card, we were told delivery would take 2 to 3 weeks. Four weeks later, when I called, they claimed they didn’t know how the delivery was missed. They delivered the bed today without the headboard and are asking us to pay for it again. I requested a refund and for the bed to be returned, but the owner has refused. This is a disappointing service. If the company is struggling, they should close rather than take advantage of customers.
I previously bought a bed without issue, but today’s experience was different. I bought a single mattress, and the salesman assured me the measurements were standard. Despite my concerns about the size, he insisted it would fit. When I got home, the mattress didn’t fit. When I called the shop, the suggestion was to add a pillow since they don’t accept returns. This is ridiculous; had he informed me at the shop, I wouldn’t have made the purchase. I would rate it zero stars.
