As a long-time customer, my recent encounter with customer service was shocking and frustrating. It feels like the support has been entirely automated, with no real assistance available. After not being charged for my account last month, I received an email stating my payment plan was canceled and I owed the full amount immediately. When I inquired about this, I got a generic response that didn't address my questions at all. It made me lose all hope of continuing as a customer. I strongly advise others to be cautious, as you might find unexpected charges with no explanation.

I ordered internet service weeks ago, but it's still not set up. The first issue was a delay in processing my direct debit, which caused my chosen tariff to increase by €3/month. When I called, they dismissed my concerns, saying it was 'yesterday's tariff.' The second problem was scheduling an installation appointment, which took a month. On the day of the appointment, they didn’t even ring the doorbell and called while I was unavailable. When I reached out, I was told to wait another 10 days, and the call ended without booking a new appointment. Waiting six weeks for internet in this day and age is unacceptable.
I need someone to finally respond to my emails. There seems to be an attempt to cancel a service I’ve already paid for, which is unacceptable. The payment system needs significant improvement before offering long-term contracts. Since switching to this plan, payments have not been recorded correctly, and now my subscription is at risk of cancellation again. It’s hard to believe I’ve supposedly used my phone without payment for 15 months. I need this resolved immediately and expect confirmation that my service will remain active.
Initially, everything seemed fine. However, after receiving my router, I struggled with internet connectivity and requested a technician visit. The first appointment was a no-show, and I waited for six hours. The second appointment also failed, and when a technician finally arrived, he didn’t even ring the doorbell. We ended up canceling the contract, yet the company continues to withdraw money from my account. I definitely do not recommend this provider.
This company is terrible and untrustworthy. The support team keeps saying that 'modernization' is in progress and it will be resolved soon. However, every time I follow up, I get pushed back to another date. My service has degraded over the years, and now I can barely get any connection in the city. I truly wonder how it performs in less populated areas.
